Heaven Hills Guest House Maskeliya is owned by an ever-smiling owner. The rooms are large and mainly clean with a pleasant smell. The beds are comfortable, the hot water runs, the food is excellent. Beautiful view from the terrace. The whole place has a great energy and I felt wonderful. Thank you very much. 😊

I have been to Maskeliya on 4 other occasions and this is the first time I have stayed at Heaven Hills. It is by far the best place to stay in Maskeliya. This place is centrally located; spotless and modern. The food is lovely and the room sizes spacious and fresh. But the best thing about staying here is the efficiency and customer service provided. By Namal. He is responsive and attentive. His English is great and his local knowledge for transport or places to go is comprehensive. I have stayed here as a solo traveller and felt very safe the whole time. I would highly recommend this place for long or short stay. ⭐️

Nice place, neat and tidy. There were many amenities in the room. Owner was friendly and guided our trips. But they didn't arrange food during our stay. I thing chef was absent then. Overall experience was unforgottable.

First of all, the host is super friendly and helpfull! The rooms are very, very clean. We had dinner and breakfast here en it was so good! Go to the Adam’s peak waterfall! We went there by Tuk Tuk and the scenery is amazing! Thank you very much for the awesome stay! We enjoyed it a lot and will definitely come back here!

This place is located right at the beginning of Maskeliya city. Very close to Maskeliya town (5 min walking distance). But the traffic and noise of the city is never felt at this place. Highly recommend this place to anyone visiting the Adam's Peak and waterfalls around Maskeliya. delicious homemade foods which better then five start hotel. this is the best one in maskeliya. we will come back here.Good luck and cheers to the host!

Indeed a good place to stay while traveling to Adam's Peak and other beautiful areas around. Well maintained place with day-to-day cleaning. Host is a very friendly and helpful person who can give solutions to most of the common problems. Location possess a nice lobby, garden and balcony view faced to a lake. Food and tea is superb and tasty. The rooms are clean and comfortable. Rooms are equipped with Hot water and comfy beds. And they take good care of all their guests after all. Highly recommend to all the local and foreign travelers within their trip to Adam’s peak and nearby areas.

Had the most amazing experience at this property. Located beside the main road, 2-3 minutes drive to the Maskeliya town. Room was just as described in the website, very spacious, clean and fresh. Bed and pillows were very comfortable. And there were extra pillows and sheets in case you needed. There were ironing facilities, a mirror, a table lamp beside the bed, a towel rack and an extra cloth rack. And there were two plugs on each side near the bed. Towels and free toiletries were also provided. Bathroom was also very clean and equipped with necessary items, and had hot water facility also. And you can buy food from their with a range of options. And there was a shared balcony with a beautiful view, a dining area, and a fan to use if needed outside the rooms. And most importantly the owner was very friendly and kind enough to guide us through the places that we could visit. Highly recommended for anyone who wish to visit Maskeliya. Really worth the money you pay.

Heaven Hills Guest was a great place to stay. Service is awesome, the property manager is more than helpful and genuine. This property has a best view. Foods are delicious. will recommend to anyone. Rooms are clean and pleasant.

I had such a wonderful time at this guest house. From the moment I made a booking the host Namal was very kind and helpful. He treated us like a friend. I had an amazing homemade breakfast every morning. Also Namal helped me to organize the transportation to the places I wanted to visit. He gave me some advice as well. I loved my stay at heaven's hill! Namal is such a nice and caring host, making his guests feel welcomed and feel right at home. The food is excellent - they provide breakfast, lunch and dinner on request. The rooftop is a great place to do yoga, meditate or drink a cup of tea. I highly recommend booking a waterfall Tuk Tuk tour with Namals brother. He knows all the good spots and basically everyone in and around town - the way to the waterfalls itself is amazing and you'll have a lot of fun. Thank you guys again for making me feel like home. I hope to come back soon.

i absolutely loved staying here! It’s so beautiful and calm, the view is gorgeous over the mountains. You have to wake up in the morning to watch the sunrise from your room as i promise it’s worth it. The room is beautiful and has a lovely feel to it, very clean and tidy, comfortable bed too! Aside from all this, i just want to say a huge thank you to the staff at this guest house, they are beyond lovely and go out of their way to help you!! Breakfast is included and they’re super flexible for what time you want to eat, feels very homely and family oriented. The small drive out of town is worth the stillness and calmness the hotel brings your stay in maskeliya. They helped us with transport to Ella and always helped us with a reliable Tuk Tuk service :) i would 100 percent recommend this guest house, have zero faults! All Good

This accommodation is situated very close to the Maskeliya town, hence locating is not difficult at all. It has two rooms which can accommodate two people in each. The beds were comfortable and the rooms were clean as well. The accommodation is well maintained and modern. The view from the balcony in the morning is exquisite. The bathroom was clean & had hot water, but amenities were not provided. The owner is very friendly & was accommodative of all the requests we made. You can request for meals at an additional cost, which are being prepared at the owner's home next door. Highly recommended if you want to stay in Maskeliya.

I recently had the pleasure of staying at Heaven Hills Guest House Maskeliya in for two nights, and it was an great experience from start to finish. The staff at this hotel are kind and friendly. From the moment we arrived until my departure, they greeted us with warm smiles and were incredibly friendly and helpful throughout my stay. Their hospitality made me feel right at home. The room I stayed in was spacious, immaculately clean, and filled with natural light, creating a comfortable and inviting atmosphere. The location of Heaven Hills Guest House Maskeliya is simply ideal. It's a short and pleasant walk into town, allowing easy access to restaurants, shops, and the local charm of the tea plant area. I do recommend this hotel so deeply, well-appointed rooms, and fantastic location. It made my visit truly memorable, and I look forward to returning in the future.

Very close to Maskeliya town and easy access to all shops.. food is delicious, especially the fried rice.. i've never had that kind of fried rice before, even in colombo.. support staff are very friendly and helpful.. safe place.. beautiful balcony view. It's a nice, quiet place. Had to give 10 stars.. Sadly only 5 stars available in Google review..

The guest house is situated in maskeliya town so no need to worry about road conditions. View from the balcony is not much because of the dry season. The room and bathroom were clean. The bed and pillow were comfortable. Unfortunately, the hot water did not work so he reduce Rs.1000 for that. He cleaned blood on the floor with a smile due to a leech bite. We had dinner and breakfast both tasty and worthy. We went to see Gartmore falls and couldn't check out before 11 am so we paid Rs.1000 for late check-out at 1 Pm.

Great place to stay while doing some hiking. We hiked Adam's Peak and stayed 2 nights. The hotel was nice and clean and the host was amazing. Very very helpful and nice to talk to. The food from the kitchen made by his mom was wonderful and great priced. We really enjoyed our visit here.

The place was really worth the price and very clean. Entire room was sanitized prior we checked in and soap and towels were provided too. I recommend on ordering food from the guest house itself as it is clean and quality compared to the restaurants around the area.

A pleasant hotel with a friendly owner, whose mom cooks amazing food (and cab make it not spicy if needed!). They have laundry too. There's no motorbike rental in the town since the pandemic and tuk tuks are better to negotiate on the street though. Atrip to Aberdeen and Laxapana can be done for 3500 lkr

i had a great time at Heaven Hills Guest House. The communication was super easy and quick and the place looks exactly like it does in the pictures. The neighbourhood is very conveniently located and although it’s a lively neighbourhood the apartment is very quiet! Would absolutely recommend staying there!

Overall not good enough even for the guest house standards. There are fungus all over the ceiling. Bathroom was very small and the shower was on top of the toilet so you don't have enough space to have a shower. Bathroom was not very clean and they have put toilet paper to stop a leak in the toilet seat. Looking at the replies from the owner for the other comments it looks like he can't take any constructive criticism. So I will leave the readers to judge the standards of the guest house and the owners. Thanks

Great place to stay while travelling to Adam's peak, Gartmore Falls, Moray falls, Mohini falls and other beautiful locations. Located very close to maskeliya town. Superb service and hospitality. Specially aunty's food is delicious. Rooms are clean and owner is very helpful. If you want to visit attractions by a motorbike he will arrange a scooter as per the request. Highly recommend to all the travellers.

During our Adam's peak trip We had a great stay call heaven hills guest house. The owners are very friendly and help with everything you need. The rooms are modern and very tidy. The breakfast is fresh and delicious.It is close to the town but tucked away behind a small hill so it is very quiet. the WiFi works well. Thank you very much for your wonderful stay. If I come back to Maskeliya I will stay here again! :-)

Wonderful rooms which are very clean and tidy. A well maintained location just near the Maskeliya town area. Just a 10 minute walk to the Maskeliya town from the property. Almost all your food, beverage and other needs can be fulfilled from there without any trouble. The guest house doesn't offer any meal plans so make sure to get them done on your stay. There is hot water and ample space along with two well furnished triple rooms. The charges are reasonable and the owner who is a young gentleman is a friendly and kind guy who will attend to your requirements.
