been
attending
this
clinic
for
a
treatment
plan
for
a
couple
of
years
now,
I
think,
and
I
fear
-
once
the
plan
is
concluded
-
I
cannot
be
contradicted
if
I
write
that
it
is
one
of
the
best
experiences
I
have
had
in
the
sector.
Let's
be
clear,
you
don't
want
to
go
and
have
cold
light
and
splashes
of
water
shot
in
your
face,
so
I
can't
say
it's
"wow,
beautiful,
great
spirits,
I'll
be
back
with
the
regaz",
but
in
fact
the
experience
is
totally
positive
in
all
its
aspects,
right
from
the
welcome,
through
the
entire
journey,
up
to
the
greetings.
The
staff
is
undoubtedly
competent
and
never
superficial.
The
sessions
with
Dr.
Franchella
and
his
"emotional"
playlists
were
unforgettable,
I
was
very
amused,
which
is
not
at
all
a
given
if
you
are
having
a
tooth
extracted.
In
general,
all
the
staff
deserve
a
mention,
but
here
I
will
limit
myself
to
Antonella,
for
the
precious
management
of
the
front-end
customer,
and
Olena
for
the
professional
management
once
in
the
room.
