The service is terrible from the moment I walked in to the moment I walked out. First I go in and the lady at the cashier says “what do you want?” With an attitude, than I try to get my free coffee from the app, cause they give you free coffee with any purchase on Mondays, and after she scans the bar code she deletes it from the computer as if there is nothing. She proceeds to tell me that the bar code is not working and that I have to pay for the large coffee that she made while the bar code was “ not working”. WORST SERVICE EVER!!

I had a good visit at this Dunkin donuts. The gentleman working (Emmett) did a GREAT job making sure each person got what they asked for and was kind and courteous with each of us. We were a huge crowd of people and he handled it very well. Especially for being on his own Manning the entire store.

Had to repeat my order multipul times and the gentalman that works there dosent seem to care at all if he gets it right or not. Ever since the new servaces were added to the circle area that store has gone down hill. Service is laxadasical and some times down right wrong. Dont go the that store.

Donuts are Donuts yet they had a huge variety vs other locations where consumer demand is higher as in the one by Dunn Loring Metro Station and the one in Falls Church City both in Northern Virginia, Fairfax County.

This location never seems to be able to get a standard coffee or food order correct. I’ve ordered the exact same standard ice coffee from other Dunkin locations across NoVA and this location messes it up so badly every time. They also seem to always way overcook or undercook orders of hash browns, bagels, and other basic food items. This location just seems to not be able to get anything right. Buyer beware- they’ve also recently started charging extra for shots of swirl, which are usually required to make your drink taste normal, which is a franchise level decision. If you’re going to be greedy at least give customers edible food.

I just went to this location to get my weekend coffee. I had an amazing experience the moment I walked in! I was greeted my Abe and his energy was happy, helpful and entertaining! His joyful attitude really made my morning and brightened my day. While I was waiting for my food I could tell he made everyone else’s morning as well with his amazing service. Kareem made my drink (and every one else’s on his own) so quick and it was perfect! He seemed very nice and gave great service. The gentleman who was making the food was super nice as well although I didn’t get his name. Idk why this location has such a low rating but this will be the location I come to from now on!

This is my neighborhood Dunkin. They are usually pretty quick, and the service is pretty good. They occasionally do run out of things but there is enough variety to choose something else. My one observation is that a lot of homeless people seem to like using this location, which is fine, but I have been approached several times in the parking lot as a result. Just be aware and all is good.

In line with other recent reviews, orders take 20-30 minutes to be fulfilled. Not a good choice if you don’t have time to wait up to a half hour for coffee.
