Horrible management and rude staff. This is a customer service industry of course you will be bombarded with more customers on a weekend that doesn't excuse a substandard pizza. I paid for a farmhouse cheese burst and I got one lousy excuse of a spoiled pizza with no cheese and what kind of toppings are these? If they were so short staffed and lacking ingredients why even charge the amount for the toppings? All I got is this measly flat pizza. I already had a bad experience with a delivery so I did a pickup this time even then the staff had the gall to give me a substandard taco and pizza without toppings? The customer care gives automated responses so I can't even get my whole issue properly resolved. Where's the direct line to explain my issue. Who am I to reach out to so I don't get transferred and put on hold endlessly with no resolution.

Domino's has wide variety of options.. veg and non veg pizza 's taste delicious.. apart from pizza Tacos 🌮 also tastes great.. but i don't recommend to have desserts...

The food was great and the service was moderate. Food can be ordered via app or at the outlet. The seating is quiet Congested yet it’s okay. It has a good view though. Located within the premises of Jhansi park

I hate to post negative reviews but the experience was so bad. Unsupportive staff. While the whole world is dealing with UPI transactions, these guys are restricting themselves to card and cash. It was no where mentioned that UPI is not available and also I was made to wait for 30 mins and told this news that no upi transactions are allowed. People should have common sense. Manager is as silly as he could be. Keshav is the manager. God, give him some sense to stick labels at the entrance so that people don't waste their valuable time

Food is really good. Only one billing counter so obviously it takes more time to order. The ambience is moderate.

The pizza that I ordered is not upto the mark. I have ordered a chicken Fiesta (cheese burst) but then I don't find chicken only. Though I ordered a cheese burst pizza..that did not do any justification to the name.Utterly disappointed with the customer service and food. When asked for an extra ketch up pack they haven't even given that which is very disappointing. When spoke with the staff they have mentioned that they were supposed to give only the quantity mentioned in the bill.But then they haven't even asked me during billing how many that I would like to have.All in all very much disappointed with Dominos. Never thought that I would write such a bad review for Dominos especially.First make sure that the staff knows how to behave with customers.They are being so rude.

Best cheese pizza will available here. And some are the good combo packs will available. Rude behaviour of staff her name is Praneetha Meka , she gave her personal number for payment .After ordering 45 minutes gave my order and also ordered Chicken pepparoni pizza with extra cheese but didn't add extra cheese , for this she charged 720 /- More over pizza is not tasty

It seems it is fake dominos. The pizza was so bad that it doesn’t feels like dominos. It was cold and uncooked and with very bad quality and quantity of cheese and toppings. The staff are uncaring and doesn’t listen to customers. This is creating a very bad name for dominos.

My recommendation would be double cheese margarita. It's even better than the one I had at Delhi and hyderabad to my taste. I'd suggest to try parcel(it's food name) here as well. parcel taste here is amazing here and I urge you to try it. - Order will be given to you in 20-30 minutes. - Payment can be done in cash/card/UPI. - Oregano and chilli flakes at the tables. Just tried the Fried chicken wings... The spices with 🍋 lemon touch was absolutely too spicy 🔥 and hot I loved it so much....but the chicken was not evenly cooked....even though the taste was awesome. . Address:- Lakshmipuram Main Road, Guntur

Worst Domino's Pizza ever I have gone to. The service and management is useless

Food is average compared to Dominos stores located in metro cities. Maintenance and ambience is not up to the mark.

I would love to have more good service person who can suggest me with the items by knowing my interests and my budget. It would be good if they let the customers know with running offers and had a small conversation to understand the customer rather rushing me with some pricy item.

The food quality was good.domino’s has wide range of variety options and offers.veg and non veg pizzas ,tacos -taste was awesome and best place for hangout with friends and family .but here there is no parking place and it’s difficult to park your vehicle in peak timings.

Need closed pizza boxes for dine-in.. They serve with no cover on pizza

Old Review: I had very bad experience with this dominos store, ordered food thru IRCTC railway catering and they never delivered food as promised. This store has fishy practices, first they do not confirm your order if you choose COD, tried multiple order but none of them were confirmed. And finally ended up placing an order making the full payment thru UPI, SURPRISINGLY they confirm the order. They marked my order as delivered even before my train got to the station, tried calling the store multiple times, but sadly no response. We ended up with no food for that night, entire family and even elderly people went starving that night due yo their bad practice. I wouldn't recommend this store to anyone, they need to be honest to their customers.

Not good.less maintenance in wash room n wash basin.taste also average.

The first problem is parking, there is a huge parking lot behind the building but people going to Domino's are not welcome it seems. Thin crust pizza is dry, which at least I can understand but even cheese burst is dry, like how is it even possible? AC is not cooling.

The problem with well established Food franchise is once they are established, they start taking customers for granted. Service can be improved. Many items are also not available.

I went to dominoes with my sister in law. I would say when you go there buy 2 pizza each starting at 165. There prices differ according to your taste. You can even order cheese burst or thin crust with it. I ordered non veg supreme and chicken dominator. Both were good. This time i ordered paneer makhani and corn cheese burst pizza. All of them were good.

Pizzas tasted ok. In a summer evening, no proper AC to keep the customers comfortable.. moreover, we had use our hands to keep the houseflys away from food Interiors need to be renovated..

They thought they are the best delivery of pizaas. If the stock is completed they should arrange the board but not doing. Guys literally no words for this but I will tell you. First we entered and then waited near the order line for 5 mins. Ordered cheese tomato pasta pizza medium why because they have only medium and large after that waited 30 mins standing finally got seat to dine and again waited 10 mins for the order to come. Finally they called my order ID and takes it and opened. Hurrah I ate it the pizza first time without sauce because they have no sauce. Worst Domino's Pizza I ate in my life.

Everything was good except the heat, though the AC was on, tbey weren't working and it's suffocating. No doubt food tastes good, coz it's DOMINO'S xp
