Very supportive staff ☺️ and this is where you can find the right size shoes, sandals, slippers for kids. You can check your feet size and then shop as accordingly. The only drawback is that they don't have much varieties as many but ideal enough for kids, employees, students. Another thing is even though they are pricey the quality and durability of thier products are worth of money.

Initial days they used to have good designs and latest stocks, but when i visited today again after a year to get some latest trendy design footware for my daughter , surprisingly I found same designs which I bought last time it's bit disappointing. Team BATA, please bring new stocks and designs. we are waiting to shop and buy more from a trusted brand.

For all my footwear needs, I always prefer Bata for its exclusive range , particularly the Hush Puppies range. The store is centrally located and the staff are very courteous and helpful patiently handling all your queries and offering suggestions. Good place to shop.

Mr. Ramesh garu is maintaining the showroom very well. Staff are also good. Reasonable prices. Having wide range and Good collection of sandals but needs to be updated with latest collection.

When the same model is literally available for half the price (by original bata seller), there is no real benefit for buying this in the showroom for double price tag. I understand there will be additional cost to maintain a showroom on the mainroad, but from the customer perspective it doesn't matter. If user can wait for few more days until the online product is delivered just buy it on Amazon.

Bata is my first priority since childhood. My opinion changed. No attention from staff and non availability of models leads to disaster
