Horrible experience. Don't trust them with your face! Firstly when I made the appointment for a photofacial I asked explicitly if they do blackhead removal/cleaning and she said yes . I arrived there only to be told they don't do extractions and she meant that it can "help" with blackheads after 4 treatments. When I started my photofacial she started steaming my face BEFORE removing my makeup. I asked her why she was doing that before removing my makeup and she said "to open the pores" Clearly they don't train their staff. Lastly - during the photofacial she burnt the hair on my hairline and it hurt pretty bad. I walked out halfway through the facial!

Don't really like the service here! I booked treatment today at 12 o'clock. When I arrived at TBL Epicentrum, I was told to wait half an hour because the room was full, even though I was already on time. In the end, I didn't have treatment today because I had business and I couldn't possibly have time if I was told to wait that long. I've also emailed TBL, hopefully it will be read and responded to.

I love to spend my 20-minute free time here :) the place is small yet tidy and convenient. Service of the therapist is satisfying

Frequently come for IPL underarm treatment, the staff is friendly and always remind me when it's time for treatment again.

First time tried their hair removing treatment called IPL. Place is neat and clean, service is satisfying. The staff are informative and ready to answer any questions.
