This guy called me at 2am asking me to pay for the room. I asked whether I could wait till tomorrow, but he insisted that it couldn't wait. Clearly, calling your customer and waking them from their sleep in the middle of the night is idiocy at its finest. You have my details, call me at a decent time la dey. Room is dated, the shower splash guard leaks, and some of the plugs in the room don't work. Also the hotel faces the highway, so it's pretty noisy. Please avoid this hotel as much as possible!

Terrible service even during check in. I have issue with agoda booking and trying to get help from the hotel, but front desk lady just yelling at me that there is nothing to do with them and find Agoda yourself none of their business! I request if I can get manager to help tomorrow for my issue and check in first but the lady just continue do her things and ignore me. Even late night 11pm I decided to leave the premises and find another hotel. Bad service ever.

Service was not good. Room and corridor feels gloomy and stuffy. Found out the the room ventilation fan was not running and made a complaint to lobby. Maintenance PIC ( foreign ) responded that the fan was not running for quite some time and cannot repair. What the hell? I requested a room change or refund. The PIC responded that other customer no complaint why you complaints? Never even know how to perform a good service in a hotel line. I will never ever recommend or stay in this hotel again. Rooms also smells like smoking room. Very bad smell.

There was no electric and water for nearly an hour.. the price is expensive and the breakfast is RM80 per person and the food will not be restocked after finishing.

Not going to miss it, it is just beside the highway. The room is clean and spacious with affordable price. Free parking and breakfast is provided to the customer who stays at the hotel. Customer service is excellent; only 5 minutes are required to check in the room, booked from agoda.

Nice hotel eventhough the building is quite old. The room is nice and friendly staff.

The room was very spacious, clean, and had the amenities we needed.

This hotel needs a renovation as most of the facilities are old enough and the room is full of smoking smell and mold on wallpaper. The room soundproofing is bad and the noise from highway besides it is annoying. There is no body shampoo and hair shampoo provided in toilet. Only a toilet hand washing liquid on the wall. No mini refrigerator provided. Only 2 power socket is available for guest to charge personnel item. One at the cabinet area for kettle. The other one at beside the TV. No power socket beside the bed. The rest socket has power limitation and only can use to power up the lamps. With the same price there are many other better, newer hotel choices. So do not recommend for next stay unless you have no choice around this area.

Stay AWAY from This Hotel!!! I was there Last Night and I had to LEAVE before taking the Room. The night Guy and probably the Hotel Management wanted to OVERCHARGE ME. They kept ADDING fees that didn't belong in the Booking; and the Guy literally wanted to KEEP MY CHANGE. I sense an Anti-foreigner vibe; if you are a foreigner; you are Not on their Good Side. It's pretty much the VIBE I have gotten in Malaysia. I had to take My Money and Get Out of there!!! He just wanted to OVERCHARGE me and he didn't Care what my circumstances were! It was Very Unpleasant. And he kept COPIES of my Passport. I am Afraid He may use it Against Me Somehow; they might use my Personal identification to Accuse me of Anything; I don't trust them!!! Then it was a nightmare getting Out of there because they don't have free WIFI in the Lobby and I didn't have Phone Service; but after much insistence from Me; he finally gave me the Password So I could use my Cellphone and get a Grab (Taxi like Uber type) to Get Out of there.

The rooms are spacious, beautifully decorated, and meticulously clean. It was a pleasure coming back to a comfortable and well-appointed room every day

Nice cosy room, very convenient with MRT station nearby, just a walking distance to Decathlon. Complementary bfast with local cuisines like nasi lemak, rendang ayam, fried kuehtiaw, fried rice, toast, hash browns, sausages n nuggets, tea, coffee, fruit slices.. Overall, food is nice but presentation n menu can be better, perhaps.

S. Damansara Hotel has a few things to consider. First, there's limited parking on the ground level. The highest floor you'll find is Level 4. Remember to have RM50 ready for a deposit. Now, on to the good stuff! They serve a pretty nice breakfast, especially their kuetiau goreng. Plus, the rooms are comfy and cozy, so you'll have a pleasant stay.

Price was really affordable and worth paying. Housekeeping tidy spacious room with total totoiletries.Friendly and descent staff makes it more comfortable from the vestibule. Buffet breakfast is way better than the other hotels with the same price category. 😇

I do not expect the wow experiences on hotel facilities but staff services and attitudes are the vital one in hotel industry! The evening/ night shift front desk staff was really rude when I told him my room was black out twice. His answer was: Ma'am the whole building was black out, not only your room. Secondly, I was asking about how to adjust the air conditioning to be cooler but he seems like frustrated with me and immediately sent a housekeeping guy to my room. Perhaps you should learn how to engage with your hotel guest in future.

This hotel located at Bandar Sri Damansara next to Ibiz Hotel and MRT Damansara. Booking thru Agoda the hotel offering you a goof stay with very reasonable (considered low in town) price and free breakfast❗ I am pretty amazed with the ambience and hospitality. Car park is also spacious. When the MRT starts operating it will be one of best spot to stay in whereas you can get to KL within 20 minutes via highway.

One of the receptionist has a very bad attitude. The first room given had several problems. Assigned to a smoking room. Had to ventilate the room to remove the residual smoke.

All the furniture are old. Dusty room not sure how frequent the clean up. Eventhough the room is non smoking but we are still able to smell the cigarette smell. Breakfast was totally meh.. spaghetti with a slight sour taste.

Affordable price (RM120.00 per night) for a hotel in the middle of Sri Damansara. But one must have a car or get a cab to get here coz situated far from the main road and also from any halal eatery/restaurant. This hotel is an old bulding and needs a renovation as most of the facilities are old. The rooms i booked were quite scary with torn out wallpapers and disfunctional lights and TV. Near the hotel is the mrt's train rail route so it can noisy when the train passing through. The room has no window at all and behind the curtains are brickwalls. Not a smoking free room coz there is an ash tray in each room. A small tiny hand soap and washing liquid on the wall are provided. No shampoo. No mini refrigerator provided. Only 1 old power socket is available for charging but too far from the beds and took longer to charge my smartphones. The sockets has power limitation and only can use to power up the lamps. The entrance with high steps is not suitable for guests with senior citizen family members. Not going to return coz there are better hotels around this area.

Don't really like this hotel. Rooms are nice but too cigarette smelly. Breakfast is sent to the room according to your choice but tasted so blend. I won't come again.

It's not a budget hotel, the room is a bit aged but kept in good condition, with desk, coffee table and cushion chairs, I felt more comfortable than staying in a budget hotel with only four sided walls in the room. Everything was kept in immaculate condition. Towels are clean but a little old and torn. It has slippers and one off cloth slipper, that is considerate, and I am happy to see the ash tray on the coffee table. Hair dryer included where budget hotel you have to request for one. Bed is nice to sleep in.

Very tired hotel that lights up like a disco at night. Breakfast was not nice but the Chinese tea was. Luckily I was only here for one night. The rooms and linen are clean but the bathroom not. Shower door was seized solid in my room and smelly drain. Good if you are on a budget and don't mind being stuck in the middle of nowhere next to high tension power lines. No spitting signs show the level of clientele that stay here

Unplan stay due to no water at our house. Got best price from booking.com. This hotel is just beside the main road. Easy to access. I didnt know what is the main attraction nearby. Parking is available so no need to worry. Room big enough for us 3 people to stay. Clean room and toilet. Got toiletries like toothbrush & toothpaste, shower cap, cotton bud and sliper to be use. Aircond ok. Also include ala carte breakfast which is sent to ur room. So far, nothing to complain.

Receptionist named Poorna is rude at guest. Unprofessional handling guest request. Show inpatient and not willing to issue receipt for my room upgrade and giving excuses that guest are not telling him in advance for the upgrading receipt. Most disappointment is he gave me an occupied room key to me!

Great, nice room, comfortable, easy and privacy location and a lot of car park with free of charge for guests. The advantage is the breakfast included and the hotel rate quite reasonable and cheap among the other hotels nearby.
