The long journey to Serendah does not deter me from going to this coffee shop for my favorite food. The popular one is the curry chicken wanton noodles loaded with generous helpings of tau foo puffs, pig skin, cabbage, long beans, potatoes and pieces of chicken. The packet of nasi lemak is also good with the delicious yummy sambal! Beware, it can be quite Hot. Like the typical coffee shop, the coffee is good too but it's not the bitter type. This place is very crowded at times, my advise is to go there early morning. If you are there before 10.00am, do make a booking for the butter cake which is popular and needs to book. Not forgetting the 'fried you tiao' is super delicious and still taste good when cold. Today, we were early for our breakfast. As usual we have our curry chicken dry style noodles , still as good. There are three of us and we paid RM19 for the noodles with extra condiments.

Wondering why no one update their coconut milk kuih, egg tea all specialty only available after 11am? Went there early morning but it is not available yet. Luckily there is a hidden special stall beside which they served the dried big noodle with curry. The curry chicken is alot and only rm6 . Holy! So delicious!

It is the neighbourhood coffee shop that serves traditional breakfasts. Like bread toast with butter and coconut jam, half cooked chicken eggs, etc. I like the egg tea which is a typical Cantonese drink. Haven't had this tea for a long long time and drinking it broight back childhood memories.

We were here to enjoyed a good breakfast of chee cheong fun. Even though their chee cheong fun is factory produced but it taste slightly different from K. L or P. J. I would say more savory. The best part is the sauce, the sweet source is not too sweet but fragrant. But the chilly source is very good, aromatic and spicy. I enjoy it very very much. The restaurant's curry mee is also good. Their curry broth is made with real curry ingredient and there's no added curry powder, real curry spices. It's aromatic but it is not spicy at all. We modify a little bit, we didn't add the original sambal into the curry broth because it taste more to the sour side. Instead we use the chee cheong fun's chilly sauce and mix it into the curry broth. The results were fantastic, the broth is now much more fragrance and spicy. It's just like a whole new level of goodness.

Dec 2021 Very limited seating at the moment - only 4 tables available. 3 tables enough to seat 4 pax, and one more table can seat 3 pax Food is ok, nothing outstanding in any of the stalls. Prawn noodles (Penang style) is ok. Still can't beat Loke Mee Yoke Egg tea - was literally a hard boiled egg in a tea in a bowl. Nothing spectacular Toast bread - Probably the most decent-ish The bright spark is the coffee and the Pandan cake from the coffee shop

Nice herbal tea egg. Can also try Bentong Tau Fu Pok here. Taufu pok taste a little bland, but the gravy soup complements well with the dish.

This is my favourite kopitiam if I visit Serendah. This old and popular kopitiam has many signature dishes..Several foods which are worth trying here are their coffee, toasted bread, wantan mee with phoenix feet( stall at the left), chee cheong fun, penang prawn mee and the huge and succulent pork tau fu pok. Besides, they also sell many varieties of tasty pastries like kaya puffs, salted egg pao..The prices here are all very reasonable. It is comfortable dining here too.

An old kopitiam with good spread of food, such as chicken rice, wantan mee, prawn mee, curry mee and local pastries. The prawn mee stall also sell bentong taufu puff with minced meat. The food is average but herbal egg tea and coffee are good.

The cakes, pastries and drinks are excellent. Tea egg is unique. Tried one of the food stalls and it's overpriced prawn noodles with average taste. The Bentong tofu is also over priced tourist trap.

This is where you get the famous Yeh Cheong Koh. The dry mixed wantan noodles is yummy and inexpensive RM6 a plate with braised chicken feet, mushrooms and curry sauce. The place is clean with friendly small town service. Slow and laid back environment.

No complaints for Fei Mah’s noodles & Laksa. However, Cafe drinks are on a very high side comparing with its peers in S2 & Seremban surroundings.

Didn't get a place to sit for family of 6, hence we asked the wantan mee stall if we can sit next door (another single storey coffee shop). Answer was yes, provided we order drinks from the shop. Here's the pic of a fair chicken curry portion on wantan Noodle. Noodle taste good and flavorful after topped with curry sauce.

Homegrown, hometown and homely feel. A detour from the Serendah main road into the Kedai Kopi Yee Kee is like travelling into the past - possibly the good old 70s era. No aircon, no razzmatazz, just fabulously delicious old world Malaysian Chinese food. This is a 3rd generation shop, possibly still offering the great food if its heydays. The bestseller is the coconut jelly as shown in the picture. It's so delicious that you just cannot stop eating. At RM7.00 per container, nearly every patron is seen walking out of the shop with a few. The Kaya and butter buns are to die for. And so are the "ham cheem paeng" (Chinese fried doughnuts) stuffed with butter. This, you must try! The kopi-o is heavenly, freshly brewed by the patriarch of the family. Note that the coconut jelly is only available after 12:30 noon, and best consumed on the day itself. There are also individual stalls in front that sells all time favourites like Chicken and Char Siew rice, Chee Cheong Fun (steamed rice roll) and others. But these are stories and a good excuse for another visit to this fabulous shop! If you're travelling past Serendah - make it a point to stopover here!

An old coffee shop selling egg tart, butter cake, herbal egg tea, coffee, tea, etc. You can have wantan mee, curry mee, chee cheong fun and others at other stalls in the kopitiam. The beverage order taking is very poor, waiting for more than 10 minutes, reminded the young waiter for more than 2 times but only told "wait a moment" which is very long. Tokk the order for those came later. OMG 😲! The coffee and milo is a bit too sweet even didn't fully stir the sugar in the coffee. Egg tart is nice. Butter cake is satisfactory.

This is a great traditional hawker style restaurant in this small town. The shop owners are friendly. They also sell many many traditional robots, which makes you feel just want to buy as much as you can, to bring back the old days of memory. The place is clean, with a Indian guy as waiter and speak very well mandarine, and very polite +friendly. The price is reasonably acceptable too. Such kind of old school ambiance is hardly found in the city center, therefore it is really worth a visit if you stopover this area.

Old Style coffee shop. Limited choice of food. The green cake and the yellow cake come out of the oven around noon and need to be pre-ordered. Lots of tidbits to buy.

Horror weekend experience. 40 mins wait for an average coffee. .. The shocker was when I was there I saw a lot of people ordering wanton mee and queuing up for it !!!!! Seriously!!!! ..OMG it is the WORST wanton mee that I ever eaten and this is from a person who has no food preference....With the amount of Malaysians have had Covid and survived, it must have been the infection killing Malaysians taste buds, One/visitors no longer can gauge by the crowd on food quality. Lesson its better to get takeaway from KL if planning trip to Serendah .

If you like food the old fashion way, this place is for you. Was there for the meat dumpling, bahchang, which was way like my old grandma's cooking. Recommending also the coconut cake which I cannot find else where.

A traditional coffee shop in the town of Serendah that sells cakes and pastries. It also sells tea with egg which i have not tasted before. But, since it has reduced seating capacities, there were many people waiting for my table before I could finish my food.

A traditional coffee shop in Serendah, we had iced coffee in this kopitiam. They also have nasi lemak and dumplings (bak chang) on sale. Cheap at RM 5.50 per dumpling. We were hoping to get some nice kuih, but since we arrived around closing time, mostly sold out or reserved. We were told that the kuih is nice, so maybe next time. Coffee was just alright but their iced tea was very weak and watered down. Looks like a place that locals hang out
