A
rate
of
1
star
is
just
too
much.
1)
Had
to
beg
for
a
bath
towel
2
times,
before
the
lady
receptionist
with
her
small
kid
finally
gave
it
to
me
due
to
lack
of
man
power
as
only
1
person
per
shift.
2)
There’s
no
fire
extinguisher,
daily
housekeeping,
first
aid
kit
as
mentioned
under
Hotel
Facilities
in
their
Websites.
Television
that’s
mounted
to
the
wall
without
signal
and
no
remote
control
just
gives
me
the
impression
that
it’s
just
part
of
room
decoration.
3)
Had
to
take
a
lift
all
the
way
down
to
speak
to
the
receptionist
which
clearly
they
do
not
answer
your
phone
calls
even
if
it
rings
right
in
front
of
them.
Same
goes
for
kitchen/house
keeping.
4)
Bedside
lamp
that
doesn’t
have
light
bulbs.
That’s
the
weirdest
room
design
ever.
It
is
the
same
across
all
the
hotel
rooms
apparently.
Had
to
switch
on
the
main
lights
for
as
long
as
I’m
in
the
room.
5)
A/C
remote
control
that
doesn’t
controls
anything.
Basically
it’s
just
a
small
device
they
give
out
just
for
the
sake
of
it.
Had
to
wake
up
in
the
middle
of
the
night
and
walk
near
the
door
to
switch
off
the
A/C
manually.
Yup,
the
controls
doesn’t
work.
6)
For
anyone
that
is
looking
for
a
smoke
free
room.
Id
not
suggest
you
the
OYO
hotel.
There’s
people
smoking
in
the
room
despite
a
warning
sign
with
a
smoking
fine,
and
of
course,
no
one
working
in
the
hotel
cares.
7)
Bathroom
that
has
left
over
hairs
on
toilet
sits,
unwashed
shampoo
all
over
the
floor
that
looks
like
someone
just
took
a
shower
before
I
got
there.
What’s
the
housekeeper
doing?
Were
they
showering?
In
conclusion,
I
highly
not
suggest
this
hotel
business.
Please

other
alternatives.
