Tourist attraction Wildlife refuge

👍👍 Calm and peaceful place to get away from the hustle and bustle and take a nature walk. It's cool because it's literally only a couple miles from the city and you are able to enjoy nature.

A quick drive north on 27th Street. Gravel roads to this hidden and little known gem. White-rocked parking area, mowed trails, that's it! No facilities, a few foot bridges, and all the wild wind and prairie you can breath in. Dogs love it! (Keep them on lead). The sky goes on forever...

Beautiful little park with some great views and scenery. The trails aren't very long, but they take you through a variety of prairie environments, ranging from streams to woodland to open prairie. The view from the overlook at sunset is also gorgeous.

Nice place to walk the dogs. Quiet. Nice if paths would meet instead of having to walk.so.far back to the beginning

Remote and beautiful. Excellent for running with dogs. Cons: No trash cans or bathrooms.

There is a perfect place to listen a voice of Nebraska winds.
