Placed an order on the drive thru and it took them over 30 minutes to have it ready. I actually had to walk in and ask for my order. The cashier was playing and joking around with people at the register. The lobby was almost empty. The ice on my drinks was melted, my fries were cold. Overall terrible experience. O and their phone number leads you to a voicemail.

After ordering my food waited in front of the building as per staff for over an hour and never got my food nor receive a refund until I went through the drive-thru again .

Today I went in and the girl didn’t charge me at the window so I literally had to get out of my car to charge her because she didn’t charge me at the drive thru December 26 at 2 pm that skinny girl with light brown hair did not inform me at all

Poor service , they need more professionalism don't get me wrong the food is good ....

I decided to try this Jack in the Box location in Elsa today. When I drove up, it was dark, and the signs were not lit up, but they were open. There is plenty of parking, though not well lit. There were some cars in the drive-through, but the dining room was empty when I walked in. No one was at the counter, but I could hear workers in the back. It did not take long before someone came to take my order. I noticed the dining room was clean, though the counter and drink areas could have been neater. The wait was longer than usual as they were busy with the drive-through customers. I wondered if they were short-handed. My order finally was ready. I checked it, and one item was missing. I brought that to the manager's attention, and he quickly brought it over. They did accurately fill the three burgers which had special requests (no mustard or pickles). The quality of the food was standard for Jacks, the fries freshly made. While they could improve in some areas, overall my experience was positive. I always recommend double-checking the order.

Worse customer service in the drive thru!!! We tried to order and the cashier answered with "OK WHAT ELSE DO YOU WANT"?! Didn't even finish ordering and left!

Food was not as good as any other jack in the box. Service was extremely slow. Eployees looked like they were watching the food defrost instead cooking or working.

Ordered a number 5 meal and it took roughly 30 min from when the order was placed... The last 8 min was for the curly fries..

Food is always late. Expect 10-20 minutes for cold food. Poor effort in customer service. Coffee is always distasteful as well. Employees need more training. ASAP

Order combo with curly fries on both.was given regular fries,called to inform employee but phone would be going to a full mail box. Phoned several times.no answer ohh well this customer is non existent.

I don't know, I get a bit tired of having to park in a curve side Parking for a "drive thru service." Maybe it should be called a park thru. That would make more sense. Also The mic was hard to hear the person from the menu screen. The speaker may be blown or the mic setting is top low. They are polite and get the order right. That why I didn't put a 1 star.

Giving a 2 star because the fries were good but my burger was not it, all I tasted was meat, like my Mayo was not existent

I love this location!! Manager and staff are on top of things. Have gone several times and they are on point. Food was nice and hot, employees were friendly and everything I ordered was done correctly. Way to go

The tea tasted like the machines aren't being cleaned /the tea was old

They are very helpful n great attitude. Only think I notice couple of flies. But everything else is Great

Today I decided to try the sriracha 8$ muchie meal. Everything was good besides the berger. Weirdly enough it wasn't spicy and didn't taste like anything. I'm not sure how but my taste buds were like, ' why does this taste like a donut? ' But sure enough a donut would have more taste than this. I don't know who cooked it but they must hate their job or had a bad day. Not to mention the lobby was dirty. It wasn't busy at all so I have no clue what they were doing. I used to work in fast food so ik how it goes but even a plain burger from McDonald's has more taste.
