New Urgent care. Very friendly and efficient. Location is perfect for South Lees Summit residents.

Everyone I dealt with today was incredibly nice and helpful. NP Jen was great, the LPN who helped me was fantastic, and X-Ray Joe is the absolute man. Give them all big raises!

I did web check-in. I received a text to head to my appointment and only had about a 10 minute wait time. It was nice considering I have had to wait hours after they called me into the office at other locations. Was seen promptly by the NP there and on my way.

Very clean. Friendly. Professional. Felt comfortable with the persons who consulted with me. Would go back again. Easy to get in and see someone.

My wife has been sick for 8 days and the doctor checked one ear and her throat and told her she has a cold. Didn’t check her lungs or her nose or really ask any questions, but the paperwork says she has an upper respiratory infection…he didn’t even check her respiratory system! He assumed she has asthma and prescribed an inhaler, meanwhile she’s had a fever, chills, sore throat, earache, and cough for the last week. We are baffled at the lack of care she received. Will not be returning. He said if she doesn’t feel better to come back…what for!? Pitiful.

Convenient location, simple process to sign in online and got seen quickly. Doctor was very nice and took his time to help. Will absolutely use them again when needed!

The check in was pretty easy, I just had to put in my insurance information and fill out an online and paper paper work. The wait was quoted an hour but I got seen earlier than that which was nice. After filling out the online paper work, it brought you to a sight where you could see where you are in line, so that helped with wait time perception as well. A nurse assistant came to take my vitals and ask me my symptoms then I waited about 10-15 mins for the nurse practitioner to come in and we talked a little more. I did kind of feel dismissed by him, but he was right about my symptoms ending up being from covid. He asked me if I had any other questions and we chatted for a little, everyone was nice. Quick and efficient, overall I’m happy with my visit.

My first time to this urgent Care Now. I am very impressed with this facility. The entire staff was extremely helpful and knowledgeable. The nurses and technicians were amazing. I was seen in less than 15 minutes. I would highly recommend going to this location in Lee's Summit on Market Street. Thank you to everyone!

I’m a current HCA patient and I have to rave about the efficient and kind care I received at check in (I completed it online before visiting), with the radiology tech, and Aaron, NP. I was seen quickly and given a thorough examination yesterday afternoon. They even called today—the next day—on a Sunday evening—to share lab results. I’m glad I chose to visit this location! I wish all healthcare could go like this!

very efficient, very clean, able to preregister online and get right in! Alexis at front desk was friendly and cheerful, as was the medical assistant (I didn’t catch his name!), Aaron Benson, NP - excellent listener, asked questions, efficient, offered a plan of action, encouraging and optimistic. 10 stars! thankful to have such a team right in the neighborhood!

CareNow Urgent Care was awesome today I was sick with a UTI and they confirmed the problem in a matter of minutes sent in a script and I was in and out right away. All the staff, nurse and Dr. were great! I would refer anyone to them

Today I Had a Great Experience by the lovely staff here. The Front desk lady Viki was very polite and professional, also easy to comply with. The young lady Sierra did a phenomenal job with taking care of my vaccine’s and blood work.The nurse practitioner was also great! I’ll recommend this Clinic to Anyone!
