    I guess shame on us for going back and giving Panera in belton our money over and over. The order is never right and I should of know something was wrong when I waited 15 minutes in line to get my food as car were getting out of line and speeding off. If you run out of bread tell me and I’ll order something else. Don’t just throw something together on whatever you have lying around. 10 + dollars per sandwich and this is what you get??? Extremely disappointed we spent $33 and our food wasn’t made right!!!! DO NOT waist your money here at this location!!!!!

    Waiting at least 10 mins, the only car in the drive-thru and gave me a turkey bravo with NO TURKEY! Don't spend ya money here!

    I waited 12min at the drive thru window the only one in line to receive this sandwich. The service is terrible the drive thru is hardly ever open and I was given this for a breakfast sandwich that cost $7. Stay clear of this Panera

    Had a really nice experience here. The food is what you expect from Panera, and I really liked ordering at the kiosk to customize my meal, which was prepared exactly as I ordered. I forgot to pick up my bakery items immediately after placing the order (they weren't automatically put with our meals at the pickup window, which I didn't realize at first), but we were able to swing by at the end of our stay to show the receipt and get them. Staff members were friendly and jumped in to help me with a drink dispenser when they noticed it wasn't working quite right for me. Fairly open, airy space with lots of natural light. Perfectly fine spot for lunch on a Sunday afternoon.

    Wow, this is an $8 sandwich, almost no meat and no frizzled onions I asked for. You people are beyond pathetic. Look at pic of sandwich on website menu, this is such a joke. This is why I quit tipping you.

    Well I went in to order myself and my crew something to eat and everyone looked at me, skipped me and went right to the people behind me. This happened at1:14pm on Friday the 8th. And yes I’m black and I’m absolutely shocked even thought You hear this all the time I just spoke with the mgr, Lori and she apologized and wanted me to come back but I can’t. I wouldn’t trust the food. But she knew exactly who I was speaking about. She even knew what type of shirt I had on and she stated that she told her I was next and needed to be waited on. Now I don’t know if I can deal with Panera again because I’m still like, really ???? Wow

    I am a vegetarian and over half the time my order comes with meat in it. As other vegetarians know, it's not a simple matter of picking the meat out. It saddens me that a good vegetarian option has turned out so unreliable. When the order is correct, it's delicious. However, the frustration of so many meat-laden orders really takes Panera off the table as an option.

    I am really disappointed in this location. My food was great, but I told the younger girl who took my order that I have a severe tree nut allergy and to let management know. Instead of getting her manager she went to the back for a few seconds instead of letting management know. When my food finally got to me it was great, but ultimately I found a couple random pecans in the bottom of my salad. I ended up eating one and my chest and throat began to feel tight. Grabbing my medication I was able to relieve myself, but this should not have been an issue. Management apologized and gave me a full refund, but this could’ve ended very badly. If I didn’t have my medication, 911 would have been called immediately.

    Waited in the drive-through for 15 minutes and nobody checked on me at the window to give me an update on my food order. People behind me were impatient and leaving so I pulled into a parking space and walked inside to figure out what was causing the hold up and if I needed to change my order. Despite being in a hurry I tried to ask kindly for an update on my food, and they were irritated and rude to me about it. Got my breakfast sandwich shortly after and it was mediocre, I don’t plan to ever go back.

    The person at the drive-thru was very nice but not as attentive as I'd hoped. They asked a bunch of questions about my coffee order in an attempt to get it right, but they ended up giving me an iced one instead of a hot one like I originally ordered. Also, my niece's breakfast sandwich didn't have cheese even though she specifically asked for it. The wait in the drive-thru line was already longer than expected, and we didn't have time to have them fix it as we were on a time crunch (the whole reason we opted for car service instead of going inside), so it was just disappointing.

    Physically impossible for them to get an order correct. We have eaten there atleast 6 times and literally all 6 times they have given us the wrong food. For the prices they charge this is unacceptable. I just can't believe they are this terrible.
