Very thoroughly and surprisingly very beneficial. Had a lot of neck pain and shoulder pain. Dr Long is very good and adjusted me and after suffering with pain since last fall I finally have relief. The staff is kind and customer service oriented. Cheyenne is great at front desk serving people up a heaping helping of smiles and kindness! Thank you Empower!

I had three appointments on a Groupon to try chiropractic services here. The first appointment was literally an hour of sales pitches, all the things they could sell me to "fix me". I wasn't even opposed to this at first, I'm in pain, I'm desperate, right? One of my biggest complaints was sometimes debilitating pain in my right shoulder. It was the -only- thing I told them I was curious to see the x-rays of, because I believed it to be an old DV injury that wasn't allowed to be treated at the time. At the last minute, they opted to not include x-rays of my shoulder in the ones that they took. At my next two appointments, my only real complaint was that the pain in my shoulder was actually getting worse. Appointment two was more sales pitches - and the person they have doing those, is really demeaning and talks down to people... insulting me doesn't make me want to give you money, but ok. Absolutely no acknowledgement of what was actually hurting me- my shoulder. Appointment three (which actually took a week and three separate phone calls to even get a call back to schedule), I was in and out in 7 minutes, I really really tried to explain to the doctor that my shoulder was in excruciating pain at this point. He shrugged and goes "Yeah.." and sent me on my way. Needless to say, I won't be continuing care here.

I'm about 1/2 of the way through my treatments. My pain level has gone down from a constant 10 to a 4-5 It's a noticeable improvement. The costs were discussed thoroughly on my first visit. The staff is very nice. I highly recommend. For the first time in years I'm starting to feel better.

STAY AWAY! They will sell you on an expensive treatment plan (they charged me $5,000 UPFRONT) and tell you that if you don't like the treatment you get at any point, you can get a refund. In the end, they charged me roughly $2177.18 for 8 sessions & now it's been over a month since they said they would refund me & still haven't received it.

We’ve been bringing our family to Empower Medical Center for years! We are so thankful that we have a place we can go to get adjusted that works with our whole family, including our kids. My kids look forward to going to see Dr. Long. The staff is also really friendly and helpful. I recently dealt with some sternum and rib pain and I was able to do laser treatments along with adjustments to help speed up the healing! From the moment I walked in, the staff cared about me, my pain, and my needs. I was hesitant to believe, but after seven weeks of treatment, my fibromyalgia pain has decreased. Other people are noticing, that's how significant the change is. I may not get back to who I was before, but I *know* I can do more than was possible before I started treatment. When they say, "Welcome to our family", they truly mean it.

Dr Long and capable and friendly staff have really helped me stay pain free through the years. Stretches, decompression and adjustments have helped me stay active so that I can enjoy gardening activities, which I love.

I've been going to Dr Long since 2013. He and his great staff have gotten me through several issues (lower back problems, knee problems, shoulder problems,) and they are presently treating my left shoulder. Best of all I have avoided surgery. (GLAD I FOUND EMPOWER MEDICAL BEFORE I HAD ANY SURGERY) GREAT POSITIVE STAFF and a GREAT Dr. I give them a AAA+ rating.

I have been treaded by Dr. Long and his staff for 5-6 years. I thought that I was going to need another back surgery but the treatments I received here took care of those issues. I've suffered Fibromyalgia flares for about two and a half years. I was amazed to come in with body pain and with the first treatment (all natural herbs) leave with hardly any pain.
