We've been there 2 or 3 times. Maybe more..never once had a good experience. Taking forever to be seen. 45 mins waiting for my son to get his ear rechecked. They tested his ears, each time it came back a different reading. Come back In, wait forever again and then they said it was the opposite ear next. I call for records the other day. 3 kids and I only get 2 kids vaccine records. Honest mistake. So I call back and I'm gonna send their dad in for their last wellness check up papers and the 3rd kids vaccine records. This older woman calls back today and says I need to go to medical records to pick them up. I asked why the younger receptionist didn't tell me that and she said "I guess someone was trying to help you . " well shoot, atleast someone is. I asked once for a copy of the vaccines we just got for school. She said "uhhh that'll take awhile. Too much talking. We were in there waiting again and I can hear them out there talking instead of getting the vaccines ready. Well be switching.

It’s is great if u don’t have insurance becuase it allows u to see a dr at a low rate but other then that I don’t recommend. The drs aren’t bad at all especially the girl dr. She’s nice. My issue is the front desk they neverrr ever ever answer the phone and the. Takes days for a response if any at all. I tried to reschedule recently and never heard back to I found a new primary .

The entire staff is so sweet! The man working the front desk was so kind, understanding, and reassuring while I was having a rough time. Dr. Stokes is great. Hes patient, kind, and he listens to all of my concerns.

Any time I've been in, I've had an amazing experience. The nurses I've seen have always been so kind and patient with me, and Ryan Stokes is very attentive. I've gone for a multitude of things and every single time I'm taken seriously and he's always tried to get to the root of the issues. I've also seen a few OBs through them and they are truly amazing 👏 as a woman with PCOS this means a great deal to me.

Asked for a regular physical check, which is covered on my insurance. They charged me for a physical and a "regular office visit". So instead of a fully covered physical, which is what I had asked for, my bill came back for $220 for a "regular office visit" when I wasn't sick. I will never return here.

I had an overall pleasant experience. The receptionist was polite and the doctor was thorough and generally had a concern about my health.

I've never had better service. I had undiagnosed endometriosis and no one would take me seriously for ten years until I went here. The nurse is no longer there but I continue to get amazing service. My husband got an early diagnosis that would have probably gone unnoticed with most. Then they go above and beyond and help me when other offices do not. I cannot be happy enough with these guys. THANKS!

1 star due to customer service . CNA are horrible . Getting them to answer the phone is 1 in 1,0000000 chance . Never return a call even if voicemail has been left . Imagine not being able to get a contact of them everyday and having to drive up there smh . They ask for ins and don’t put it on file they still BILL you and trying to resolve it over the phone is impossible due to them NEVER answering the phone . I work at dr office my self and we get high call volumes but we get back to each and every patient as soon as we can . We return Voice Mail calls that pt’s leave . This office really doesn’t do ANYTHING

This is my first visit as a new patient and I'm very happy with this visit, my Dr took time and listened, got the ball rolling on my health issues. The staff was very nice, I'm very happy with my experience.

Wayyyyyy to much chitchat going on not enough working all these people supposed to be working in the building but having conversations about food and relationships this place is ridiculous. They are SLOW AF AND VERY UNPROFESSIONAL

Avoid this dump at all costs. I can't believe it passes any type of health inspection. Also Dr. Ryan Stokes is the worst doctor ever. If you have a health concern you want treated professionally, avoid this place and specifically Ryan Stokes at all costs.

The office spells mold and body odor. There were dead roaches on the floor and what looked like blood splatter on the walls. This is not the place to take your family for health care.

Whole lot of talking and unprofessionalism. Even though your appointment is at a scheduled time they don’t see you until maybe a hour or two after the fact. What’s the purpose of having an appointment? They talk so much about things that’s not work related outside of the patient rooms you would it’s Highschool.
