All time favorite since childhood!! Still taste exactly like how I remember it! Would recommend coming around 2-3 to avoid the lunch and dinner rush. But the wait is def worth it!! Highly recommend!

The first branch of Laem Charoen Seafood has beachfront parking, and the restaurant is spacious. I recommend the Snapper with Fish Sauce; it's fresh and delicious, with a tasty fish sauce that enhances the flavor.

Always enjoy the food here. This one is the original location and worth the tricky drive to get there. Very prompt service staff. Updated during Covid with better lighting

The taste is great. Customer service is also nice. The price is a little expensive compared to the portion of the food. It is next to the sea and it should provide more portion.

It is located near the beach in Rayong. For parking, you can park your car on both sides of the road in front of the restaurant. Note that be aware of mosquitoes if you sit in the place without winds.

The food was delicious and well prepared but for some reason they did not revain the shrimp. And it cost a bit above average but still in range with the restaurant in the department store. The employee's service was good.

I like dining by the riverside under the lights. There is also a small playground to entertain the children and the beach over the road to play in the sand. Traditional seafood menu, very affordable prices, everything is fresh caught and cooked. Wide open space, tables and chairs were not crammed into squashed areas. Good lighting, choice of dining with or without a roof.

Fantastic fresh seafood, excellent customer service, family friendly, however please note that there is no aircon at this restaurant although a very nice view of boats passing by. 4 stars only because it was more on the pricier range.

To tell the truth, I have never given any review this bad... Possibly coming from high hope and high price expectations... We didnt order much, 5 things around 2,000 baht... The fried rice and the num prik come first and the we wait for another half an hour to get the 3nd and 4th... And another half hour more to get the last order.... Understand that there were only 2 of us... But to get a service this bad is uncalled for... Dont even want to talk about the parking and constant smoking smell coming from some of the guest that dont bother smoke in the smoking area... Horrible experience.... Definitely not recommend... And we are a member...

Nice stop for lunch :) Good food not too spicy. It’s kind of mind taste. The restaurant located next to a river and the beach. There are both indoor and outdoor seat. Do come and try :)

a wonderful way to end your day at the beach. Enjoy a seafood dinner on the dock while watching fishing boats putter by. I had dinner on a Sunday night, and was able to enjoy live music while we ate. the musicians were great and the volume didn’t impede on conversations. Wide, open seating. At the front of the restaurant is a small playground for the kids while they wait to eat. This is a chain restaurant, but this location stands out from among other locations in malls. All the food had was terrific. Seafood was all very fresh. There are also non-seafood dishes for you land-lubbers out there (I’m looking at you, Bill) Highly recommend this restaurant.

Always good seafood here, however might be mistaken but food portions seemed smaller. Everything fresh, scallops supposedly with butter but not to my taste. Location over the river, quite nice, plenty of parking and under cover and outdoor seating.

The "branch 0" that its location gives the name of the famous seafood chain. The place is clean and spacious; there are outdoor and indoor. The ingredients are fresh, and the taste is good. Crab paste-rice noodle is closest to that we had in the south.

Came to Rayong with family for Xmas holiday. This is our first trip to Rayong. While I was searching for places to visit in Rayong, I came across this restaurant, which I have seen quite a lot in Bangkok. I was thinking why would I eat at this place when I can easily eat it in Bangkok. Then my mum mentioned that this restaurant is originated from Rayong. We should try out the original restaurant. We ordered 8 main dishes between the four of us. It may sounds like a lot, but they are all seafood. What I'm trying to say is that it won't be as heavy as meats. We believe what we had back in Bangkok at Central Rama 3 tasted a lot better. We ordered the fried fish with fish sauce, deep fried calamari, crab, back peppers prawns, clams with sweet chillies sauce, fish/prawn cakes, stir fried cabbage with fish sauce. They all tested good but nothing really standout. My dad didn't like the calamari and my mum didn't like the prawn. We agree that we will continue the yummy seafood from this restaurant in Bangkok instead, but my dad insists that the seafood here are fresher. 😅

The origin of Lam Chareon Seafood, serving plenty of fresh sea food. The menu here quite similar to the other branches, but there are a few signature menu available here, a bit disappoint. Food here quality and taste is really amazing, very fresh and delicious.

Food was excellent but I'll never figure out why seafood costs more near the sea lol.

It’s standard Laem Charoen. I would expect something special at the original location. The place is very wheelchair friendly.

The food is so superb just right for the quality and the tastefulness of what you'll eat.. Very fast service, too. The place is situated between the Port and the see... Just across the road you can take a walk already to the beach after eating. It was a full lunch for the rest of the gang!
