By far one of the worst Target locations. It is a super Target (so selection is a little larger) and also has a Starbucks inside - so for those reasons, I give it 2 stars. However, it's one of the dirtiest Targets consistently that I've been to. The restrooms are always disgusting. The staff is not always the friendliest either. I go here when necessary, but warn against using the restroom unless it's an emergency.

I have to shout-out Randy, the most friendly and EFFICIENT self-checkout clerk I have ever seen. He's so charitable, Santa Claus leaves milk and cookies out for HIM on Christmas! Honestly, Target should just consider replacing the red circle logo with Randy's face. If I could make any critique about Target, it's that they don't have Randy's work schedule posted to where I can see it. How else am I supposed to know when to come get groceries? You think I come here because of the low prices and to avoid going to Walmart? (well, actually I do, but that's besides the point.) No. It' s because of Randy.

Every time I visit this location, whether it is actually inside the store or just driving up to pick up an order, the employees are always very friendly. The store is clean and organized, which is pretty rare these days. Target as a whole has really stepped their clothing up this season, so today when I visited I grabbed three tops and three pants, and a denim jacket. There was plenty of selection and size-inclusive options.

I have been going to this SuperTarget ever since it opened in 1998. The store is always clean and bright. Love have efficient the pick up in store is. It’s so easy and convenient. I am so happy that they have self check lines at both ends because the lines here can get crazy. This store carries a wide variety of products that I like. I especially like their wide selection of hair care products.

Some of the displays in menswear were almost like a treasure hunt as the pullovers were covering pants in the sizes I was looking fore. Target management need to remember that if we cannot see the merchandise, how the hell are you going to sell it? Never a pleasant experience. Bogies on the shop floor, trash cans overflowing are not what I call unique selling points.

This is usually my go-to Target because it’s SO close to where I live. I know where everything is and can always find what I need. They also have a lot of things that other Kansas City area stores don’t have. It’s ALWAYS clean, organized and the employees treat their customers like they are valued, important and most of all, like you belong.

Nice place, lots of products a little bit on the highside, price wise. They are currently running a special. If you spend $100 on baby diapers and baby wipes, you get a $30.00 gift card.

Website was confusing about whether this item was available so I tried calling the store. I called 2 actually. Both department calls never picked up, and this store's customer service did. After confirming the availability, I went ahead to this store after work. I couldn't find the item. I also couldn't find anyone to help me on the floor. Back to customer service I go. They got an employee to help and I got my item.

I used to work at Target so I know the ins and outs of the store. Don't care much for management or the employees. I consider myself a hard worker but After working 3 weeks I knew then this place wasn't for me. Everyone is too whiny and lazy. So I don't shop there much. But they do have good cupcakes in the bakery.

I went in to grab a turkey, ofcourse the checkout options are self checkout or stand in 1 extra long line for full service checkout. I went to self checkout and all registers were full. There wasn't an employee in sight. The minute I started checking out, here comes an Associate standing right behind me. He didn't even greet me or ask if he could help. He just watched me like I was a thief. Lol, What a joke. The last time I was in this store, there was a middle-aged couple in front of me stealing. They were literally scanning every other item, then walked over to Starbucks and ordered coffee with the most smug look on their faces. No one ever watched them, approached them or said anything, but for some reason all eyes are on me? Do better, Target. This is definitely my last time at this location. I'm surprised no one has filed a class action profiling lawsuit against you.

Perhaps one of the greatest targets in existence, I am very fond of it here. I used to live right across the street from it and would often come here for fun and to shop. Something about target is therapeutic just to walk around and look at the games and the clothes. I do rarely buy groceries here because it is more expensive. I used to also dumpster dive and skateboard behind this target every night. The pavement is very good back there.

This is a decent Target but never have enough checkout lines open. They have 4 self-checkout options on both sides and maybe only 2 manned checkouts. This usually means long checkout line during busy times. It’s incredibly inconvenient, either go all in on self checkout or put some workers on the checkout lines. It’s a complete waste of space to have 20 checkouts and only use 2. Another thing about this Target & pretty much any Target I’ve been to, the prices on the shelves do not always align with the price at checkout. If I’m watching the price while checking out, I’ll notice items end up being more expensive when they are scanned than originally stated on the shelf. I typically don’t have the time to go back to the shelf where I found the item, take a picture, go to customer service & ask for the difference back. I try to avoid shopping at Target if I can help it for this very reason.

I will never do a drive up order here again!! One item and I have been sitting in this parking lot waiting for an hour. I have called multiple times and chosen multiple departments and the phone just rings. I would go in except my son is sleeping.. absolutely ridiculous!! Cars are coming well after I have been here, they're still waiting, but they leave before me.. and they have multiple items..

My son had a printer from the ice age, so that was my Christmas gift to him. I got it online from Target. The purchasing experience was easy and shipping was fast. When it turned out he'd recently gotten himself a new one, I needed to return mine. While I was trying to figure out if I had a receipt or not I found the email with the shipping info. Right there was a bar code to use for returning it to a store. Wow! Could not have been easier. The whole process was quick and painless!

If you’re going to go here make sure whatever you buy you’re 100% not going to return. Accidentally ordered the wrong thing for pickup and went inside to return it. They had one person at the front trying their best to deal with the hoard of other people in line wanting to return items or get mobile orders picked up. After 10 minutes of waiting in line I decided to leave and try another time. Everytime I came back the line was so long the security guard had to tell us to wrap around the side as to not block self check out or the doors. They should have multiple people helping out at the service desk. The lady helping me was very polite but you could tell she was stressed out. Self checkout should also be better patrolled. Every time I’ve gone through I’ve seen people try and scout out a worker to take of the red security tags off of their swim suits or jeans. Ultimately, this place has a great selection and is the closest place to me so I’ll continue to go, but it could be 5 stars if they were more efficient.

The store is fine except for the checkout process. They have 20 cashier lanes with only 2-3 staffed even at rush hour. And only 2 sets of 4 self check outs. Always waste 10-15 minutes in line. Need way more self check outs.

Gigantic lines at the sells checkouts. Only 3 other registers open full of large grocery store purchases. What are we at Walmart?

We have used Target optical multiple times. They are always attentive and helpful, fast and efficient. I really appreciated Joe Yoksh helping us today-he made it fast, easy, and painless. Super quality service, I highly recommend!

Stopped into this location today around 2:30pm. Grabbed a cart and then noticed that not one single checkout was lit up/open. The line for the self-checkouts was about 20 people deep. I was SO GLAD I noticed that before doing any shopping! Went to CVS instead and even though I probably paid a little more for some items, I didn't have to wait forever to check out and there was an actual person running the register.
