attitude

of
the
healthcare
professionals

far

that
working
in

can

but
a
little
compassion
and
kindness
go
a
long
way
in
helping
patients
feel
comfortable
and
supported
during
their
time
of
need.
Lastly,
the
billing
process
was
a
nightmare.
The
lack
of
transparency
and
clear
explanations
regarding
the
charges
left
me
feeling
frustrated
and
financially
burdened.
It
is
important
for
a
hospital
to
have
a
transparent
and
customer-friendly
billing
system
to
ensure
patients
are
not
left
feeling
overwhelmed
and
confused.
