We had a glass engraved, and also a key ring and keepsake, they did a wonderful job, fantastic service, excellent workmanship. Highly recommend them, very friendly and helpful staff.

Went to get my car key cut however the blade didnt work. They did everything they could, including helping me find a new blade which they then cut and it works perfectly. Helpful throughout the entire experience, nothing was to much trouble.

Definitely a 5 star service! I had a Ford car key which I needed to replace. It was the automatic key which locks and unlocks doors and boot as well as starting the car. I tried everywhere without success util I contacted A Touch of Glass. No problem. Key was ordered, I went in and went off for a quick coffee whilst they cut the new one for me. Job done! No fuss, no hassle and all very friendly too! Will use again and will let others know too! Thanks

They always give great service at a very reasonable cost. The key cutting service is exceptionally good. We always get our keys cut here for a fraction of the cost at other retailers.
