My first experience at Dunelm stores. I set out with the wife to look at replacing pillows and the choice of pillows was impressive and the fact you can try each pillow out on stores on a sample bed makes the experience of choosing the right pillow a good one. After visiting the other departments its a pretty impressive store what appears to have good quality products at reasonable prices. Update - bed linen quality is so good I furnished my holiday home with it.

Despite a less than ideal start at the High Wycombe store, when the staff at the front of the store were less than helpful when I was trying to request my click and collect, I must admit Mark S was brilliant and very much made up for it. He carried the box to the car, helped me unbox and squeeze it in to the boot (that was really helpful) but then when I provided some feedback about the service when I arrived, he listened, took on board and I was left on no doubt he would address with the people involved as he really cared about his customers. Well done Mark!

On 20feb we ordered a blind here ,told it will be in on the 27march ,today 30th we have been trying to phone this shop for 4days we were never able to get anyone to even answer the phone on any of the options given . Today we were forced to drive to the store to be told it's not in we don't know when it's coming and we didn't know our phones weren't working !!! . They took the money we quick enough . This firm makes politicians look clever and efficient lol. I'm wondering if the staff even know where their working as the shop looks more like a jumble sale after a herd of elephants wandered through. If you want to get what u pay for I suggest u go elsewhere

Lots of discounts good sale items, but at tills the staff didn’t even greet me and while waiting in queue one of the staff who was tidying up kept staring at me for no reason looking very angry, then while walking out the security lady did the same, they really need to work on thier customer service skills

Customer service absolutely shocking. I came to return a faulty item that Dunelm sent me via an online order, and had a total of about 5 items I needed to return. The lady Andrea who served me was really rude, she said “this is going to take a while” I politely said I’m happy to wait as long as it takes. She then proceeded to huff and puff about the number items to return, I kindly showed the receipts for all items and wrote out all the order numbers. When I came to the last items she said “oh good” in an insulting manner. She didn’t even greet a hello or goodbye, decent human courtesy seems beyond some people it seems.

We were told the items we wanted would be available in store as delivery would be the Monday following our initial visit. Items were not there and the assistant who was sent to help us seemed utterly clueless and had no idea about what we wanted. The Store has definitely declined from its previous High Standard.

I have recently for 4-5 years, begin to buy stuff from here, but a very recent incident at this store have made me doubt the chain’s integrity. Nothing against the staff, location, stuff sold, even the price is okay for good quality things ! But this disappointing experience have weaken my loyalty for the brand, I bought a wall clock marked for 50% discount, it was £15/- bought it for £7.50, fair enough, on collection when I inspected the item discount coupon was on the original price label which was £10/-. Very disappointing experience:-(, they shouldn’t have lied ( Dunelm as a reputed business)

Needed to find some lights here,we used this store as we were in the area anyway and we had been here before so we thought we would pop in.the lights are interesting,some very nice patterns and also they even have cool lights on the ceilings too in the lights section which are for sale and a fabulous idea.also we had a little browse round the store too and found a few interesting products.Customer service was good too,the lift was nice but it was a little slow.will highly recommend this store.

I have travelled 30 miles, plus 30 miles back home,to collect two chairs on click and collect order, that has been confirmed by email, and when I arrived they tried to give me two different chairs, cheaper and on a lower quality, saying that the ones that I've ordered are not on stock. I have lost time and spend money on petrol for nothing. Very disappointed.....

Great shop lots of little treasures to be found. Only complaint was prices not displayed properly.

I cannot praise Adeel enough - he had great advice and excellent knowledge of products and provided first class service and help when it came to measuring and buying curtains, linings, poles and finials. Patient and efficient - he is a credit to Dunelm and they are lucky to have him.

I love this place. Great selection of bedding you just get lost in. Kitchenware is exciting and varied. Something for everyone whatever your taste. Due to covid the cafe is shut but when open we have enjoyed a few veggie breakfasts here on a lazy Sunday morning!! Bought this fab anti-slip tray!! Just great!

Excellent for bed linen, duvets and pillows (I needed specific waterproof items too) Large selection and price ranges. Extensive choice of Bathroom towels in various colours and price ranges. I would highly recommend Dunelm. At the door I was greeted by a staff member who vey kindly directed me to the bed linen. Gold star to the management at Dunelm for hiring such kind, thoughtful and well trained staff, who go that extra mile for customers.

Super helpful staff and a really well stocked store. Great click and collect for on line orders and plenty of parking (free) onsite which helps.

Bought this set online, so easy to assemble and really comfortable. Great value for money!
