Very
poor
customer
service.
I
usually
go
to
the
Pret
on
Westgate
and
they
seem
to
have
great
service
and
drinks.
I
went
to
Cornmarket
branch
for
the
3rd
time
today
and
experienced
a
really
bad
customer
service.
I
ordered
a
cold
americano
with
milk
and
it
was
a
lady
who
took
the
order
and
she
just
got
the
payment
and
went
away
asking
the
guy
in
there
to
give
my
order
(she
didn't
mind
to
specify
the
order
to
the
other
person
who
was
working
there
she
only
wanted
to
take
the
payment).
The
guy
was
with
a
different
customer
and
once
he
was
done
he
came
and
started
making
my
order
and
I
was
in
a
call
with
my
husband.
He
came
and
asked
me
whether
I
wanted
it
black
I
thought
he
asked
what
my
order
is
and
I
said
I
ordered
an
americano.
He
just
went
away
without
making
sure
what
the
order
is
and
came
back
with
a
black
coffee.
I
said
I
asked
for
milk.
Then
he
just
took
the
milk
bottle
and
poured
a
little
on
top
and
then
tried
to
close
the
cup
splashing
coffee
all
over
and
then
he
was
mad
and
said
'I
asked
you
whether
you
wanted
black
and
you
said
yes'
(which
I
did
not).
Then
he
said
'you
have
to
take
off
your
earphones
when
you
come
in
to
the
store
because
you
can't
hear
what
I'm
saying',
in
a
rude
way.
Then
he
just
took
the
coffee
and
dropped
a
little
of
the
coffee
to
the
sink
and
closed
it
and
gave
to
me
with
coffee
all
over
the
outer
of
the
cup.
And
the
coffee
didn't
had
any
sugar
in
it
he
didn't
even
mention
or
offered
me
to
add
in
sugar.
I
didn't
know
until
I
got
back
to
work.
I
think
thats
not
a
pleasant
way
to
treat
to
a
customer,
when
he
didn't
made
sure
the
order
was
black
or
with
milk.
Super
rude
and
unpleasant
service.
