Went to this store to get a TV, firstly the staff were discussing amongst themselves who is wanting to help me when i approached, despite both just standing chatting. The man who did help me in the end, didn't know his knowledge and his tablet was down so wasn't very useful, I then queried prices with the manager as the 40" was advertised the same as the 43" and the attitude was "if that what the labels say then that is obviously the cost" I didn't end up buying a TV as the staffs professionalism put me off the store and products.

Waited 10 minutes as "No 1 in the Qudini queue", as per the click and collect instructions. No one came so I went into the shop. "Oh no, we don't do that anymore". Then how come the website does not reflect that? Shan't buy from Curry's again. Rude, inefficient and amateurish.

Not the best experience. Struggled to get help looking at tv,s. Store virtually empty mind. Staff seemed young so can only imagine they are under motivated

I called in to look at laptops, good selection, easy to choose what I might like and take some info away by scanning QR codes. Attentive staff but not intrusive, politely offered assistance but allowed me to browse.

Nah staff here are a joke and rude. Lazy and no one wanted to serve us. Waited ages and item wasn't even in stock. I can imagine it's not the best place to work you know but a little customer service would be good.

Staff here were really helpful and managed to get the issue sorted quickly, only thing is the shop could use some Air-Con as it was rather warm.

Very unhelpful staff. Went to purchase a gaming platform. Couldn’t see any. Asked a member of staff who replied “They’re all kept behind the counter” I asked if there was one that I could have a look at and was told “ no they’re all sealed up in their boxes behind the counter”. So I left the store. They don’t deserve the business.

Was looking to purchase a Ninja air fryer spoke to a young lady she was very clued up on the product and explained every thing we asked .very good service and we purchased within the next week .

I purchased printer ink, which cost me £54. Nearly twice the price of tesco. I will not go there again

Returned a freezer on Friday evening. Caroline was very helpful. All sorted and a new freezer purchased.

Went to Wisbech branch. 2 members of staff chatting on doors neither acknowledged us as we walked in. Went to product section no staff visible so went back to doors where 3 staff members stood talking I asked for assistance whereby they called another member of staff to help me. He wasn't able to search on tablet so went to ask manager for advise who then couldn't offer any help either. So left feeling dissatisfied with currys lack of customer service .

This is the place to go if you want expert advice on electronics. Very friendly and helpful. Decent prices and excellent collection of goods for sale.

In and out with what I'm wanting. Staff are nice and approach you if you need help with anything. Clean inside. Everything is spaced out, looking professional as not clustered together.

Went in earlier today to buy a new phone and all staff members were just walking back and forth doing nothing and when asking each member of staff for help they all said they were busy and continued to walk back and forth doing nothing, not serving a customer, not working on something, absolutely nothing. Definitely wont be recommending to anyone

Bought a Samsung TV 3 months ago with 3 year guarantee as recommended by the assistant the remote stopped working after 2 months and they refused to replace it .it does not say remote is not under guarantee. assistant was rude and the girl assistant was chewing gum will not be shopping at currys again very disappointed only interested when you are spending money and taking their advice for warranty purchase

Soon after I walked in I had someone to help me find the laptop I needed, great customer service and easy to talk to

I wanted a dvd player to play U S region 1 dvds. After trying online, I eventually was advised to go to Currys at Wisbech. The assistant was really helpful, we found one which stated that it was multi region and it was delivered the next day. It was easy to connect to my TV, the remote is simple.AND it plays my U S dvds!! I'm so happy.Thank you Currys and your perfect service goods and delivery. I will come to you first in future.

1 week ago I went here to buy a gaming laptop they told me that they will clean and sell a product that has been opened for 2 weeks and has been displayed for 2 weeks. you cannot sell a used item as new peterborough currys is better and honest than here be a smart customer:)

My order of a gaming computer was there before time. It was easy to pick up and not one problem.

Love my new watch, staff are helpful. The only negative is there are never enough staff on shop floor which must me there is always a wait to talk to someone and that must be stressful for the staff there.

Extremely rude staff, stand around talking and sigh when asked for help. Didn't get the help I needed anyway, so had to find the products I wanted myself. One of which was a PlayStation 5 for my younger brother, and was being talked to like I was stupid because I'm a woman, despite being a very avid gamer my whole life. The staff member also trued to sell it to me for the incorrect price. At the time, it was listed online for a different price yet in the shop, none of the signs reflected this. Put the full price into the card machine, and had to manuslly change the price to reflect the online price. Thats illegal. Waited in the store a little while longer after my purchase ,and same member of staff didn't ask the same patronising questions to a father buying an xbox series x. Also the music is extremely loud in there, making it hard to read thriugh the paperwork i was being rushed through and lied to about the price of a 3 year warranty. Told me a different price to the one on the paperwork. Staff need some customer service training. I'd pick a different site in the future.

It had what I needed, which was a USB WiFi adapter, but the tills were more than a little chaotic with two people in front of my dumping their shopping and leaving before paying because the only staff were all caught up with one customer performing a return (or something similar). I must have queued for around 10 minutes in total and so I'm knocking one star off the review.
