The gym is in desperate need of an update all over! Needs new equipment, more weights, more than one squat rack, new treadmills etc etc. Ceiling in weight area is too low to do military press. Considering the size of the premises as a whole, it’s disappointing that Nuffield haven’t invested in this gym for a long long time! If you go to other Nuffields locally (Kingston or Guildford for example) the difference is huge! It makes Farnham look like a £15pm gym. Swimming pool, sauna etc I haven’t had any issues with since I’ve been a member & are of a good size. Staff are always helpful and attentive, can’t fault them at all. Whilst I’m being critical of the gym it does suffice but it just doesn’t match up to the price tag

Been a member for a year now. Becoming increasingly disappointed with the place and starting to doubt the value for money. There is quite a limited range of equipment, especially the weights machines. The wi fi has been down for some time and now I am having to pay fees for extra data on my phone.

Poor maintenance jacuzzi has been broken since mid Aug either cold or dangerously hot, Nuffield can't be bothered to repair! Last day of the year and the swimming pool is broken again! Staff are nice

An utter shambles. After the pandemic my working situation has changed. I called to cancel my membership as every penny counts atm. I have had to go back and forth with several emails each time asking for different information. With the last email that I received from a duty manager they want to see proof that I have been made redundant, pregnant or seriously ill!! I spoke to try and explain my situation and although it seems managers can send emails they can not talk over the phone about mine. I now await a call from a general manager, I'm not sure if I have to call Steve Gray after that. What a great way to make people feel rubbish from an organisation that claims to support mental well-being. Absolutely disgraceful!!

I was a member but left Farnham brunch. No more jacuzzi what was nice for me as a Landscaper, as I used to swim ,sauna and steam, jacuzzi after work just the right thing to switch off / relax. Some days the steam room not working or sauna not really hot .some equipment dated or out of use . Some really good classes like tai chi ,boxing off peak and not evening. For the price not good enough as there are better gyms in the area.

I haven't even visited this gym however the fact that they will only respond to positive comments says a lot. When you run an organisation I can't only be concerned with the people that are happy with your service, you need to acknowledge and attempt to address all of your customers! POOR SHOW!!!!

Friendly staff always wants to help, during Covid nice and safe. Easy to book classes. Would highly recommend!

When are you going to update the gym with new machines?

Just been today to get some information. Stephanie has been so welcoming and friendly! The centre has a good feeling & atmosphere. Great location too, very green 🌳I cannot wait to go back for my trial !

Friendly little adults in gym. Feels s bit tired around the edges, and the jacuzzi has been shut for months which is a real shame. It's also hard to get on some of the classes as they book up so quickly, but overall its a nice gym.

Good range of classes, with reliably quality instructors. Nice little cafe here too and plenty if parking for members.

Will 2020 finally see the steam room upgrade that is badly needed? Mens showers also.

Amazing staff (reception, gym, PT, Physio, literally everyone) - they make you feel so welcomed and valued! Wouldn't change the gym in the million years! Feels like second home when I come here! Thank you!

Currently not allowing hussle .com pass holders to use gym

Never too busy. I hate not being able to get on gym equipment. The fact that children are not permitted is an added bonus. Sorry kids.................

I love being a member of Nuffield at Farnham - the facilities are great and the staff always really friendly; however, I am getting increasingly frustrated with the booking system for the classes - the more popular classes are booked out, 7am, 8 days in advance - I even set my alarm today to book a class (while on holiday in Japan!) and still didn’t get a place. However, it is likely that in 8 days time, if I’m lucky enough to get on the waiting list, I might get in. It’s all getting rather stressful which defeats the object of joining a health club!!

Nice little gym. Small but, you can get on everything you want, people are friendly, mixed ability and therefore has a nice vibe. A little basic for the body building types like me, but with some thought you could work the equipment to get some decent growth I think. Makes a nice change to some of the more hectic gyms I visit.

Super friendly, good facilities and spotlessly clean.

I’ve been a member on an off for twenty years but it’s now become a bit lack lustre. Changing rooms and showers are often dirty and since the jacuzzi has closed and the pool temperature reduced, it all feels a little unloved and tired. Gym is fine and does what it needs but think it’s time for a change. Communication can be patchy or non existent. Lots of customer feedback surveys are sent but nothing really changes or seems to have an impact.

I so enjoy Farnham Nuffield. The instructors are really very good. Very experienced, passionate and so helpful. The coordinator does everything to ensure that the teachers are good & that the classes run well. The staff in the club are friendly, helpful & the cafe is lovely. What you put into the club you will get out of it !

Looking to rejoin the club as a member but the experience I had just trying to get a tour of the gym was so poor, really didn’t get the feeling that I was valued but more of a burden!

This used to be my old gym. The machines are far and few and are outdated. The pool and sauna is ok but nothing special. It’s not exactly cheap!
