BEWARE
of
the
reviews
-
the
service
at
this
hospital
during
the
DAY
is
very
good
-
we
have
found
the
oncology
nurses
friendly,
informative
and
supportive.
If
you
need
to
be
attended
to
during
the
NIGHT
you
are
going
to
experience
a
DIFFERENT
standard
altogether.
We
have
been
attending
this
hospital
over
the
past
two
weeks
for
my
husband's
treatment
and
have
had
a
really
mixed
bag
which
has,
unfortunately,
included
a
couple
of
terrible
nights
-
last
night
in
particular
was
really
awful
(23
October
2022).
Horrible
experience
from
arrival
to
leaving
-
the
nurse
did
not
want
to
let
us
into
the
hospital
via
the
most
convenient
entrance,
did
not
introduce
herself,
did
not
show
us
to
the
treatment
room,
did
not
greet
us
at
all,
did
not
answer
questions
readily,
did
not
check
on
my
husband
during
his
treatment,
she
just
walked
out
of
the
treatment
room
when
she
had
finished
the
treatment
and
did
not
even
bother
seeing
us
out
of
the
building
-
shocking.
The
absolute
worst
bedside
manner
I
have
ever
had
the
misfortune
to
witness
-
in
fact,
there
were
no
manners
at
all.
I
would
have
thought
that
manners
and
a
friendly
disposition,
apart
from
qualifications,
obviously,
would
be
one
of
the
first
prerequisites
for
a
nurse
looking
after
sick,
vulnerable
people
attending
a
hospital,
in
particular
at
night
when
they
are
particularly
fatigued
and
fragile.
