would
like
to
start
of
saying
huge
thank
you
to
Imran
Qureshi
for
the
outstanding
service
I
received
today
as
previous
experience
here
at
Styner
Maidenhead
has
been
horrendous.
April
2021,
when
I
had
first
started
to
look
at
BMWs
in
the
showrooms,
I
decided
to
book
a
test
drive
here
at
Maidenhead.
My
best
friend
who
was
joining
me
also
was
looking
for
a
new
car
booked
a
test
drive.
She
cancelled
hers
due
to
the
service
she
was
provided
which
I
don't
blame
her.
Individual
called
Carwyn
gave
me
an
awful
service
when
it
came
to
my
test
driving
he
gave
me
allocation
of
only
15
minutes
to
experience
the
car
I
was
interested.
The
service
was
awful
from
the
beginning
to
the
end
and
was
not
helpful
at
all.
I
was
left
devastated
as
I
enjoyed
the
car
and
felt
like
I
was
not
taken
serious
and
my
best
friend
felt
the
same
way.
She
had
gone
to
Inchcape
in
Reading
where
she
has
brought
her
car
and
had
one
of
the
most
memorable
and
5*
service
when
ordering
her
car.
After
few
months,
I
decided
to
come
with
my
Father
who
usually
comes
here
with
his
car
for
service.
Expecting
service
to
be
better
however,
left
again
with
no
positive
or
feeling
of
wow
I
got
good
service.
However,
Kevin
Moore
had
noted
my
fathers
details
as
this
was
a
gift
for
my
memorable
occasion
of
graduation.
Few
weeks
had
gone
by
and
we
were
presented
with
a
car
which
was
right
for
fit.
However,
I
did
not
test
drive
it
which
was
not
ideal.
I
had
to
wait
few
weeks
till
it
came
down
to
Maidenhead
to
then
wait
2
weeks
or
more
for
my
second
key
to
my
own
vehicle?!.
I
was
not
impressed
as
I
made
it
clear
that
if
you
can,
can
you
make
the
experience
memorable
as
this
is
a
gift
for
me
as
they
were
not
taking
my
Father
seriously.
My
Father
had
told
Kevin
if
we
do
not
get
the
second
key
within
next
day
or
so
we
would
contact
HR.
We
were
told
not
to
escalate
it
to
HR
and
to
not
be
over
exaggerating.
But
we
did
not
receive
the
service
I
would
expect,
even
my
previous
car
company
Toyota
provided
me
with
such
amazing
service
for
my
first
car!.
On
the
other
hand,
after
bringing
my
car
in
for
winter
season
check
Imran
Qureshi
provided
me
with
excellent
service.
The
service
I
had
hoped
and
asked
for
from
the
beginning
in
2021.
If
I
had
not
provided
with
the
service
today,
I
would
of
decided
to
not
make
a
return
to
Sytner
in
Maidenhead
and
go
to
Inchcape
in
Reading
for
future
services
or
purchasing
another
vehicle.
So
once
again,
I
would
like
to
say
huge
thanks
to
Imran.
I
felt
as
if
I
was
taken
serious
for
once
in
the
dealership.
Being
a
young
women
I
should
be
taken
seriously
especially
if
I
have
come
in
with
a
car
which
has
not
even
hit
a
year
mark
yet.
I
also
work
in
a
corporate
company
which
deals
with
providing
excellent
and
outstanding
service
for
clients,
so
I
am
grateful
for
the
service
Imran
has
provided
as
this
is
the
service
I
expect
and
provide
myself.
I
am
still
not
impressed
with
my
initial
service
I
was
provided
by
Carwyn
Lloyd
and
Kevin
Moore,
as
I
was
contemplating
whether
to
have
my
services
done
here
or
in
Reading.
But
thanks
to
Imran
Qureshi,
I
am
willing
to
come
back
as
the
service
was
impeccable.
