    Avoid this dealership at all costs, they damaged my car while doing engine coolant flush and created faults that were never there. 04/04/2023: They called in my car for engine coolant flush since they originally provided a wrong one. Initially I was told that it would only take an hour but then they spent more than 3.5 hours on it. After my car was returned to me I have already noticed the following issues: 1) My variable damper control is messed up. Specially for the rear suspension. 2) My original wing mirrors glass replaced and I have now huge gaps in between the glass and the grame. These are also very reflective amongst other issues with them. 3) The IDrive and instrument cluster display's auto-brightness has gone haywire. When I told them about the issue and requested them to review CCTV footage, they conveniently claimed that the CCTV that was supposed to cover the area where my car was worked on had been down since 04/04 at least until the service manager looked at it on 13th April. Nobody reported this and they don't even know when it went down. The general service manager also said, they don't have any other cameras which would cover this. They have also said even their parking lot CCTV system is very old, the service manager said he wouldn't even be tell apart my car parked in the parking lot. Since I have reported the issues all they have been trying to do is cover-up. Their CCTVs have gone down quite conveniently at the right for the right place, trying to get rid of all the evidence. I will name and shame them on all platforms with proofs. Believe you me, I will not let go of this theft.

    My car went in for MOT last week and was returned to me with a broken radio ( no issues before it was taken in by BMW Maidenhead.) I fed this back to numerous colleagues and 2 of them promised to call me back the same day as they said I would have to pay for an investigation which I want happy to do. A week later the car is not fixed and it still haven't had a call back. Don't waste your money, your be better if at your local garage rather that with these crooks

    Went above and beyond to collect and return my car recently and when I could not find my my locking wheel nuts Sytner replaced/fitted a new set free of charge. Imran has been very responsive and attentive and always sort things out for me. The sales side are also great and I look forward to visits to Sytner (great coffee, biscuits as well as cars) and catching up with Jeremy and Helen! Our dogs are also always welcomed at the garage and are loved by all the staff - so a big thumbs up from me!

    I would like to start of saying huge thank you to Imran Qureshi for the outstanding service I received today as previous experience here at Styner Maidenhead has been horrendous. April 2021, when I had first started to look at BMWs in the showrooms, I decided to book a test drive here at Maidenhead. My best friend who was joining me also was looking for a new car booked a test drive. She cancelled hers due to the service she was provided which I don't blame her. Individual called Carwyn gave me an awful service when it came to my test driving he gave me allocation of only 15 minutes to experience the car I was interested. The service was awful from the beginning to the end and was not helpful at all. I was left devastated as I enjoyed the car and felt like I was not taken serious and my best friend felt the same way. She had gone to Inchcape in Reading where she has brought her car and had one of the most memorable and 5* service when ordering her car. After few months, I decided to come with my Father who usually comes here with his car for service. Expecting service to be better however, left again with no positive or feeling of wow I got good service. However, Kevin Moore had noted my fathers details as this was a gift for my memorable occasion of graduation. Few weeks had gone by and we were presented with a car which was right for fit. However, I did not test drive it which was not ideal. I had to wait few weeks till it came down to Maidenhead to then wait 2 weeks or more for my second key to my own vehicle?!. I was not impressed as I made it clear that if you can, can you make the experience memorable as this is a gift for me as they were not taking my Father seriously. My Father had told Kevin if we do not get the second key within next day or so we would contact HR. We were told not to escalate it to HR and to not be over exaggerating. But we did not receive the service I would expect, even my previous car company Toyota provided me with such amazing service for my first car!. On the other hand, after bringing my car in for winter season check Imran Qureshi provided me with excellent service. The service I had hoped and asked for from the beginning in 2021. If I had not provided with the service today, I would of decided to not make a return to Sytner in Maidenhead and go to Inchcape in Reading for future services or purchasing another vehicle. So once again, I would like to say huge thanks to Imran. I felt as if I was taken serious for once in the dealership. Being a young women I should be taken seriously especially if I have come in with a car which has not even hit a year mark yet. I also work in a corporate company which deals with providing excellent and outstanding service for clients, so I am grateful for the service Imran has provided as this is the service I expect and provide myself. I am still not impressed with my initial service I was provided by Carwyn Lloyd and Kevin Moore, as I was contemplating whether to have my services done here or in Reading. But thanks to Imran Qureshi, I am willing to come back as the service was impeccable.

    Terrible after-sales customer service. I bought my BMW 4 series from Sytner BMW Maidenhead in April 2021. The sales service itself was OK, however what I have experienced since in terms of after-sales service has been very disappointing. I purchased a service plan with my vehicle and when I first called to enquire about booking my vehicle in for a service I was told there was no record of my service plan, which I was paying for every month. I had to make several calls and send several emails to both the sales and service teams to sort the issue out. I was offered a wash & vac as part of the service and I also purchased new tyres from BMW. When my car was returned to me, I received persistent error messages regarding the new tyres and the inside of the car was more dirty than when I left it. This is a far cry from the premium level of service that I expected from BMW. I also currently have an issue outstanding, regarding a request I made to have an issue with the bodywork of my vehicle fixed by Sytner. I was promised follow-up on this after my service, but so far I have called 4 times in 2 weeks to chase this and my call has still not been returned and the issue remains unresolved. Finally, a few days after the service, I received an email from the General Service Manage requesting feedback on my experience. I took the time to write an email explaining my experience and the issues I wasn’t particularly happy about. It has been over a week now and I still have not received an acknowledgment or response to my email. I am very disappointed by my experience - it is not what I expected from a brand that promotes itself as a premium retailer.

    If I could give 0 stars I would, Absolutely abysmal service I had a top view camera system fault on my bmw 7 series, I was notified that my car needs a software upgrade and labour + investigation, Was notified that the problem was fixed and I can collect my car (costing best part of £700.00) What really annoyed me is that the customer experience is all wrong, Your greated by a friendly member of staff with a sheet of paper explaining the diagnosis and works rendered etc etc along with a card machine for prompting payment... after payment they give you your keys? Instead why don't you take the customer to the vehicle first and show that the fault has actually been fixed first then request payment. Overall the fault still persists wasn't fixed as quoted basically paid £700.00 for someone to upgrade my software and look in my wing mirrors... Communication has been shocking no response to my emails either I don't normally write reviews but on this occasion it was necessary.

    Our adventure with BMW began five years ego when we had to dispose off our lovely 20 years old Volkswagen Passat (as could not pass emissions any more) and were looking to find decent replacement. We went to car dealer in Windsor, but the vehicle we were interested in from their website was already gone, however not taken down from being advertised. Therefore, we drove to Mercedes Department in Slough hoping to find our dream car. Walk through the show room and none from sales representatives shown any interest to talk to us. We left disappointed. We drove to Volkswagen Maidenhead and the same story happened. So we went to BMW which was a nearby. Straight away we were very welcomed. The atmosphere was amazing and we felt that we were in the right place... Now, we have the pleasure to drive again new BMW 128i and feel joyfulness of this lovely car. The satisfaction is extraordinary. We would like to thank to Jeremy W at BMW sales department. For professional friendly approach, the feeling that we are in good hands with all paperwork, no hidden promises, furthermore that we are valuable customers and looking after us consecutively for the third term. We also would like to express our gratitude to Bob at Used Cars department and everybody else we had pleasure to meet over those years. Overall, we believe that BMW Maidenhead provides outstanding service :-) absolutely to everyone.

    Went here to service my car for a warranty claim, quick service, friendly and helpful staff, they clarified what they have done and provided online tracking with video presentation. I will come back for the upcoming ones to here as well after experiencing a pleasant time. Courtesy car is provided also which is a big +, returning them and to get fuel is easy as there is a Shell at the opposite side of the road if you forgot to fill up. Parking space is tight and narrow but I can live with that with the occasional visits.

    I recently purchased a 5 series touring. Josh was very professional. I had seen the vehicle online. He quickly filmed a video of the car and sent it to me as I live in Bath. Once I expressed my interest he responded quickly to all my emails and calls. He picked me up from the station and all the paperwork was ready and waiting. The car is exactly as described.

    My special appreciation goes to Asher who went above and beyond to make sure we choose the right car. The service, care and attention we received was outstanding. Asher who dealt with my purchase was professional, friendly and knowledgeable. Throughout the process Asher was available to address any concerns we had, he understood our needs and recommended the best option that suits us. He was also great with my little one and patient with us. He kept us updated about the progress of the car and he was very helpful. I have bought cars from other BMW and Audi dealers before but never had I received such great experience getting a car. He is an absolute credit to the company. I wouldn't hesitate to get another car from yourselves or recommend anyone to buy a car from BMW Sytner. He was absolutely brilliant. Thank you!

    I have been getting my cars serviced here for over 4 years. I have a Berry BMW 2 miles from where I live, yet I go about 15 miles away to get my car serviced at a Sytner BMW garage (that should tell you everything). This dealership is excellent and provides a great service. Reliable and curteous. Always professional. I have bought my first approved used car from this dealership, an F15 X5 and Megan R. was an absolute star. I commend her for her hard work in getting me the car I wanted as quick as she could with everything I needed. Her care and service were exempolary. I hope Sytner sees this and gives her some recognition for her hard work and grace under pressure.

    The sales team is great... Carwyn is the top man. Great salesmen have been to him multiple times over the past decade for various new cars. Service dept is mechanically good but doesn't always deliver service as would be expected. 6 week+ wait on warranty bookings and upto 2 plus months on service. That kind of sucks.

    Salesman Melvin did a great job in producing a video for me when the car had just arrived. Noted a couple of items that would be taken care of as part of BMW preparation which was fine, test drive booked in for a few days time. Unfortunately the car was then sold to someone else in the meantime. Consider reaching out to those with active leads to advise that a deposit should be placed prior to test drive/actually viewing the car if interest is high. I wasn’t advised that there was active interest in the car before being told the morning of the test drive that the car has been sold by another member of the team. Disappointing experience with the business, 5 stars for Melvin’s video and communication & general service.

    I have to say that Daniel was superb, understood my needs and provided me with the options to best suit my requirements. All the way through the process Daniel was available and at no time did I feel that I was waiting for anything. The sales process was seamless together with after sales care. I have to say this was probably the easiest and most simplistic car purchase I have undertaken; the customer service has been second to none, I am thoroughly pleased with both the purchase and the service I have been afforded and am more than happy to recommending Sytner BMW.

    I came to BMW for a recall. They called me saying the car was ready to be picked up. Right after talking to one of the representatives they handed me the keys to the car saying that the car was waiting for me in the parking lot. It turned out that the car could not be opened, so I went to get someone from the service. Unfortunately, he also couldn't open the car. After some time, he managed to open the side door. I asked him what is the reason for this and why would he give me a faulty car? Answer was " a moment ago everything was working " after a while they took the car for service and stated that this fault must have been earlier (because everything was supposedly working a moment ago) as it was already late, they said that they would call me tomorrow to arrange a new service. I asked if it that's save to driving a car in which the doors do not open (meaning, for example, an accident) they said yes, it's ok for me not to worry about it and wait for someone to call me .....and I'm waiting for another month!!!!! I don't believe they treated me that way! I definitely do not recommend!

    Visited on a Sunday with no hopes really, just thought I would pop in and book an appointment to sort out an app issue that the BMW engineers at another service partnership could not really explain, which prevented it from syncing with my car's iDrive, Was greeted by a super helpful showroom person named Noah, who came out with me, looked at the car, and sorted it out on the spot! What did he do right? He actually listened to me and had a look himself, which the engineers at another place never did. They looked at my car, but never checked the app. What a surprise, what a helpful gentleman! So, as a result, will be moving my car service to Sytner Maidenhead. Very happy experience. Would highly recommend!
