We have visited for afternoon tea for myself and visiting family from Germany. It was outstanding, both food and friendly service. The staff were so nice, I regret not knowing their names, but was a flawless lovely experience.

I have visited the main street store on numerous occasions.. I have never felt more unwelcome or unwanted in any place in my life.. the staff are rude and disrespectful.. they ignored me and served other people who came in after though I had been waiting patiently for quite some time.. perhaps it was my appearance.. as I have a skin disease that renders me less than beautiful.. or because I wear a rucksack because I walk a long distance to and from work.. I am ignored and snubbed every single time I enter the store.. even though I want to buy local and have the money to do so. I cannot express the hurt and humiliation that causes. I really can't. Your staff are mean and nasty and I will share this commentary on my social media. So sad that a local community based business is so awful. Your shop across the street is wonderful and so are the people... that's the shop next to M&S.. bravo lovely.

What a joy to walk around a department shop,because they do not exist in the so called main town of Bournemouth & only one left in Poole. The staff seemed to be happy & friendly, so that shows that Bradbeers must look after them & appreciate them,not like these big corporation companies. One day young people will not know the word department stores & will regret it because you can't beat feeling the merchandise,instead of ruining the earth & sitting on your bum to order on the Internet so some mad driver can deliver to your door because they have so many parcels to do in a day .

Myself and my business partner have just been subjected to the worst service in restaurant history in the Bradbeers cafe. Firstly, there were tables that had clearly left and had not been cleaned, with waitresses just ignoring them. They had virtually nothing that was on the menu, the waitress kept running back to the we kitchen to check each item we tried to order. After we had ordered, we then waited for nearly half an hour for a sandwich and a panini, and to our horror, one of the sandwiches had a giant hair in the middle. We took it back and waited another 10 minutes for a replacement that was not charged for. It was so bad that tables around us were shocked. All in all it was just horrendous. We shall not be back. I would have spoken with a manager but it seemed like nobody wanted to take responsibility. Poor show.

I have been casually shopping this afternoon until I went into Bradbeers in New Milton. I came out with Christmas presents I didn't expect to find. They have some great ideas. Lovely staff and reasonable prices. I'm going back!

Used the cafe on Wednesday 20/4/22. had an amazing lunch,panini with brie and bacon, chips and salad,really lovely friendly waitresses,couldn't wish for better.Returned today 22/4/22 and what a difference, ordered the same but when we got it,no chips ,so when I asked we was told.."we've got no gas" there was half a dozen crisps instead, should have been told this when we ordered. Confusion over doing a black coffee and a white one with how to do the milk. Wasnt given any cutlery, had to ask. An elderly lady knocked a drink over but the waitress (standing facing her)made no attempt to help till I asked her to,but then she just took some serviettes and passed them to the lady to do it herself. no help at all.. Even when we went to pay it was a muddle.. so not a very good experience today.. but brilliant a few days ago.

So nice to have a department store in new milton and I always enjoy a browse. A particular shout out to the assistants in haberdashery who were extremely friendly and helpful when trying to pick out curtain fabric.

Went for breakfast. Best one in new Milton by far!!! Good quality bacon and sausage. Staff were friendly. Will definitely return.

This shop is incredible! We went to buy a hat for my mother for a wedding and the staff and service was amazing. Definitely recommend to go there!

Great to have a department store in New Milton. Always have the things I need,today it was a variety of different 🎀 ribbons. Well worth a visit, three floors including ladles clothes and make up.
