😠 Bought a iPhone on their credit plan and went to collect it.     I swung by 15 mins before closing in a bit of a predicament; I needed a printer quite urgently for a university project. Rowan helped us out despite the time pressure, recommending a good product and finding us the best deal with the warranty and extra ink

    Bought a iPhone on their credit plan and went to collect it. Asked for a VAT receipt and I have been told it is illegal to give VAT ( I know.. they said that) 4-5 customer service advisors including the store manager told me they don't give VAT receipt. Really shocking. One of them told me they need to call their fraud team. I don't know wether it's my skin colour triggered them. I got the refund and manger told me take my business elsewhere..Their customer service team accepted it is basic consumer right to get itemized receipt. It's shame Curry's employing these kind people including manager who doesn't have a clue on basic consumer rights. Pathetic.

    Friendly staff willing to help. I could see lots of people talking to the staff about products and one asked of we needed help. They had a good selection of products. We went to look at the phones but they couldn't take one out of the table lock. I've been here a good few times and would recommend. They also do recycling of appliances so you can bring your old appliances.

    I went in to purchase a specific product (that the website said was in stock in the branch), it was exactly what I wanted and a great price. However, after speaking to the staff when unable to see my chosen item on the shop floor the member of staff could not locate it in the warehouse despite it stating on her stock checker that it was indeed there. I was offered no further explanation and she walked off. I then had to walk after her and ask if there were any in stock in nearby stores

    I did not realise Currys of Kettering had become a self service store. Went in today to buy a TV, microwave, and powerbank. Was in there for 20 mins and not one of the 5staff talking at the cash desk bothered to approach us. No wonder retail is dying

    Got what I wanted, delivery etc a bit pricey but had a fridge in stock loaded car. Unpacked and disposed of the old one at recycling. Cost me only petrol money for 5 mile trip.

    My wife and I had not been to this store for a long time. The last time we were here it seemed rather dull, drab and uninviting. This time we were pleased to see a freshness that is difficult to explain; cleaner, brighter, better organised and inviting! A young lady, impeccably dressed, asked if she could be of assistance. We were seeking to purchase an Eufy Indoor Pan and Tilt Security Camera. This was available to order, and she entered the details in her Tablet with a dexterity we had not seen before. Having been located we placed an order, appropriate forms completed and a delivery date arranged. We departed entirely satisfied with our visit. She, that is, Michelle, was courteous. knowledgeable and extremely efficient, nay, superlative. Could we say more? Yes, Michelle was AFC: Absolutely First Class.

    I am an elderly pensioner, bought a tv which had a line going down the screen, clearly faulty. Curry’s would collect the same day but not replace until 3 days later. Could not be put through to the manager. Will not refund until they have tv back so now have to pay out again. Don’t buy from these people. Choose a firm that cares about its customers

    I had a problem with a new fitbit versa watch which they could not deal with stating that I had to ring the maker direct as the makers refused to deal with you direct I rang them and a helpful man sorted the problem. What happened to the sale of goods act holding the retailer responsible?

    Went in for a television collection but wanted to confirm it had the correct ports at the back there isn't a variety of models on display though to check when speaking to advisor he had quite good knowledge of televisions and equipment available in store

    I came in today to purchase a laptop, during this experience i was ignored and degraded. After arrival i was last person to be helped with due to my age and then when someone eventually did come to help me it was a very rushed process considering i was going to spend a bit of money there, once he had explained everything he looked towards my boyfriend who was there to see if he understood but not me who was actually going to be buying the laptop, and then at the end once i had paid for my laptop, the same man passes it off to my boyfriend next to me and not me ! overall i was very shocked and disappointed with this experience.

    went in to just buy a simple product with my friend, upon entering two workers look at us and laugh which i brushed off as them having a conversation about something else. When purchasing the product the person that served us had no customer service skills clearly, spoke far too quietly so i could barely understand what he was saying and then didn't even say thank you when we were leaving. Honestly appaled by the service here which is such a shame, the whole store just seemed very energy draining.

    Absolutely do not care about customer waiting in car for 20 min in drive thru 2. Don't even bother to get and see you. When you go to the store to ask why such delay. Start to give excuses saying that somehow it is my fault. Poor customer service.

    I love Currys, click and collect on items not in stock, pick up online orders. You can see the products before you buy and ask advice. Friendly staff who know their stuff.

    We went instore to purchase beats earphones for a birthday present. However that was not in stock, sales person ordered and took payment, said it would take 5 days to arrive. We waited for over two weeks still not arrived. We went to the store again only to be told it would take another 17 days to sort out no one knows where my order has got to, making a total wait over 1 month. We are not happy at all It was a birthday gift and the day has already passed almost two weeks now. The company policy is terrible they could send out a replacement or offer a refund but told us to wait another 17 days before anything can be done.

    Found product I wanted, no stock, we can order it in for you, maybe I want it today? I’ll order myself online from somewhere else it’s fine, call yourself a shop? At least Tesco put signs up saying when products are out of stock, maybe you should try doing that instead of driving business elsewhere.

    Absolutely appalled. Bought 2 Blink camera's to use as baby monitors after speaking to one of the sales assistants to see if these were suitable. However got them home plugged them in etc and found out they do not do 24/7 live streaming (even with subscription to blink) after expressing to the sales assistant that is what we needed. Went to return the item to currys the next day informing them with our issue but they would not issue a refund or even credit as the boxes have been opened. How are we meant to know whether these would be suitable for is without opening the boxes and one of their own sales assistants even told us they would be!

    Very good service - our TV broke, the online people were monumentally useless, but the staff in store were friendly and knowledgeable and didn't try to sell us stuff we didn't need. In and out in the time it took us to pick a new set.

    Sales person who was serving me got diverted by another customer when I was in the middle of attempting to purchase a new laptop. Being a person with limited computer knowledge and a tight daily schedule, I like to have someone’s full attention. Does not appear tho be sense of urgency at the Kettering store. Corby store was not open due to a failed roller shutter door problem, so I guess I was doomed to fail from the start! Obviously you have plenty of customers

    Popped into Ketterings Curry's for a freesat box and cables. I was met at the door by a very nice lady staff member who directed me to the right place. Then another very knowledgeable lady showed me over the range of freesat boxes available and advised me on the best one to suit my requirements. She didn't try to sell me the most expensive one and I settled for a mid range box that is adequate for my needs. Great service, great staff. Recommended.
