We were seen immediately, and we were able to get the prescription (and the medication from the pharmacy) and advice we needed in minutes. Within an hour my wife’s suffering was alleviated. Thank you so much.

My husband and I regularly have vitamin infusions at Zen. We find the staff to be very helpful and professional and the price of the infusions is competitive. We always come away feeling better.

I visited Gemma at Body Brilliant and found the whole team very welcoming. In terms of the treatment I did the Lympha Press and found it to be an amazing treatment, afterwards I felt relaxed and refreshed and my leg felt lighter than at the start. I would highly recommend the treatment and will be going back for another session.

Zen is simply the best! From the team to the location, to the service, and care, absolute pleasure to work with. As a non UK resident, they make our experience so seamless. Wether it’s accommodating, shipping to France, Dubai or Monaco same great care, and diligence always apply. They are also very informative as far as advising us of required licenses in certain countries for specific medications. They’ve even made us aware of shipping schedules with DHL. This was an invaluable piece of information that helped us receive our meds right before Christmas. Thank you Zen team for always going above, and beyond. I have been using Zen for over 5 years now. They are absolutely the best! I moved out of London about an hour away, but still use them. Everything always arrives next day! I trust them 100% and could not recommend Zen enough. 10 stars 😊

The two stars are only due to the person who negotiated on a £15 delivery fee (yes really - and it's not even next day delivery). This is a hideously overpriced pharmacy. They charge almost double to prescribe a medication than other pharmacies. For example, Asda charged £67 for a medication that they have charged me £120 for. I am disgusted. And I had zero choice but to proceed with them as my doctor had sent them the prescription! They also charge £15 for a delivery that takes several days - using the excuse that what is being prescribed is a controlled drug. Haha. No. This is a lie or seriously bad business skills. Pharmacierge deliver the exact type of medication for free via the SAME courier - AND they deliver it the NEXT DAY. Their medication charges are also much cheaper. I don't know how this company is getting away with it and I think it is disgusting. It hurts paying double the price for a prescription, particularly in the current climate. And the delivery fee is absolute theft. As mentioned earlier, the only reason I am giving 2 stars is because this extortionate delivery fee was negotiated. The only way I can think that this company has gotten away with their theft is by presuming their customers/reviewers must be very well off!

Still the greatest clinic in london! I’ve been a regular customer since 2015 and have had amazing treatments for all of my health issues. Keep up the good work!!!

I called and had a lengthy conversation about whether my medication was in stock, if they could use the online NHS prescription system to release it, and other related matters. They said they'd need a paper prescription so I queueud at my GP's early in the morning and went straight to them at opening time. It wasn't until I travelled all the way there that they thought to mention that they don't accept NHS prescriptions at all and so they wouldn't give me the medication. It was a huge waste of time that could have been easily avoided. Their private prescriptions are also overpriced; I have previously bought this elsewhere on private prescription for less.

Highly recommended pharmacy even for those who find themselves abroad like me. The pharmacy coordinated perfectly with my doctor in Italy and provided me with all the necessary support. Thank you very much!

I was given my IVF prescription on Friday and was lost to where to go to fill it as this is my first round. I went on to one of my Facebook forums to find any recommendations and Zen pharmacy was a clear winner. The other constant notes were compliments to a staff member named Stella... A LOT!! So after a little research I got in touch online and then had a response quickly from the pharmacy with clear instructions how to move forward. The best part of it all was my email was from the famous Stella!! I had to call and take the chance to talk to Stella and the compliments are well deserved. In short, amazing service, caring approach, supporting insight, affordable IVF medication and it all arrived at 3:30 today as Stella had promised. Can’t recommend zen pharmacy enough.

A total scam. Their "famous" NAD + infusion has left me feeling weaker and worse than I did before I had it. Their receptionist Szabina cannot be trusted, as she does not keep her word !!!
