Very poor experience with this company. The company asked for additional funds to be sent to cover postage (already charged on their website) and yet the items took over seven working days to arrive. Some of the items sent were not as ordered and after sales service was extremely poor. We will not be purchasing from this company again,

From start to finish an excellent service, this is the first time I have used Fast Light and wont be my last. I incorrectly ordered an item which, following a string of emails was sorted very professionally and in a timely manner to get me what I should have ordered in the first place. The delivery date on items was agreed prior to purchase via email and came exactly when stated. Great customer service. I will definitely give this company my business again. Top notch service all round!!

Excellent service! Ordered 6 ATI bulbs. For some reason one bulb cracked the moment I turned on the power. I informed Fastlight and they were deeply concerned and had a new bulb with me the next day! Great customer service - will definitely be using them again!

Rob at Fastlight has provided amazing customer service - not only did he quickly reply to my query sent late on a Friday evening, but despite being closed at the weekend he even offered to leave the item we were searching for out for us! We collected it the next morning (on a Saturday when the shop was closed) and could not be more impressed by how kind and helpful Rob has been! Very good service! I needed rare Iwasaki bulbs shipped to me in the US. Without hesitation I was given a reasonable quote. The bulbs arrived within 5 days in perfect condition. I am very satisfied with this company.

Awful service. Rude. Sells damaged/faulty goods. Does not replace or give money back. All he wants to do is argue with you and tell you lies.

I have used Fastlight to buy pond pumps over the past couple of years and have appreciated both the friendly advice and good value. I then, very late in the day and just before the weekend, urgently needed to get a new pump - Fastlight went out of their way to get a pump out for me with next day delivery. I'm thankful and very impressed with the trouble they went to to get me out of a difficult situation

DO NOT BUY FROM THIS PERSON. The worst person I've ever had to deal with. Sells faulty goods. Do not waste your money as you will receive something not fit for purpose, he will argue with you, ignore you and not give you your money back or a replacement. AVOID AVOID AVOID!!!
