Five months ago they refurbished my wheels which were good but two centre caps stuck together when I collected them. I was fed an absolute pack of lies why on nearly a weekly basis they were never ready and the fact that they normally do not paint center caps was wearing very very thin! They knew the wheels had centre caps and all the pure rubbish they tried to feed me with like they have crazed in the oven (what idiot they think I am as they are plastic!). The end result was very obvious the affected area had been painted the result was poor and I will never use them again! What a shameful operation they run. Am sure they will come up with an excuse but the service is truly poor.

These are true miracle workers, I gave them a very sad set of wheels and they gave me back pure perfection. I was kept inform during the whole process if additional work was required and the work was completed on time. I found the service so good I have had 3 sets of wheels refurbed by them now.

Just back from The Wheel Clinic - a superficial but annoying scrape on a gloss black alloy. Fantastic job, absolutely cannot tell the wheel had been scuffed at all, not a hint of a”join” in the coating, perfect colour match. Friendly and efficient service, had the car back after 24hours and a very reasonable price. Can’t recommend highly enough whether for repair to an individual wheel or refurbishment of a whole set (quite a few cars in for this, those awaiting collection looked fantastic).

STOP RIGHT HERE. I’ve used this company twice now. I’ve had my taxi wheels refurbed just recently. Top job. 6 star service DO NOT GO TO ANY OTHER COMPANY. Dropped my Jag off for all four wheels to be refurbished on Tuesday morning, as they were suffering a little with some kerb rash. Had a call back later that day, complete with videos to show that all four wheels were not round! (Pot holes etc) I had been suffering from a vibration and this was the cause. Unfortunately a brand new tyre had suffered as a result and needed to be replaced too. They managed to repair the wheels, refurbish them and supply a new tyre (at a cheaper price that I paid initially) in less time than they initially quoted. I picked the car up Thursday lunch time. Excellent finish on the wheels, car drives silky smooth now and a friendly helpful bunch to suit. Highly recommended

Stopped in for an estimate, one of the team came out and inspected my wheels and explained the process to me. My wheels were covered in kerb rash and 2 of them were buckled. Booked in with them and dropped the wheels off to them the next week. Dropped them off on Tuesday and had them back Friday with the new tyres fitted and balanced. Super impressed with the quality of work and the way the team dealt with me. They’ve done an amazing job. Best around

Excellent service at wheel clinic Roxy is so helpful and can't do enough for you. The job they did to my alloys was amazing, they are unrecognisable as my old wheels, they also sorted and liased with another garage who were paying for a repair after damage they caused to them when changing my tyre. Great service and communication throughout. Refurbished a diamond cut wheel damaged from a pot hole. Roxy and the team really communicative and knowledgeable and incredibly experienced. Quick turnaround and even offered a loan wheel to keep me on the road. Would thoroughly recommend and will be my first choice should I need any alloy work in the future!

Real old fashioned polite charming service with smiles. Always a pleasure to have my classic Mercedes wheels refurbished from time to time, my latest was my 1991 SE all perfect. Fitted my new tyres at same time. Far better than going to tyre fitter who grunt their way through service and damage rims.

Really needed the wheels sorted ASAP so called the guys at Wheel Clinic and they got me booked in the next day. They then did the wheels in a few hours providing video of what they had done. I would have said the wheels were bad by the vibrations when driving and couldn’t get over how much better the car felt afterwards.

Very impressed with the outcome from my Audi A3 diamond cut wheel. The wheel was originally scuffed all around. Very pleased.

Excellent customer service by Carrie and the team and work was completed quickly to a very high standard. Went in for a cracked rim, they identified other damage and kept me updated on progress and turned it all round in 24 hours. Definitely recommend!

Outstanding service! Guys there will do everything to meet and exceed customer requests. Booked two front-wheel repairs, guys noticed small kerbs on the rear wheels (which they done over the year-ago) and repaired all for the price of two. More than happy and can thank them enough for the outstanding service. Just bear in mind that you need to book wheel repair there is a 3-4 week waiting queue. This proves the guys are in demand because their service is great!

Outstanding service. During my wheels refurb, they noticed a buckle [a common issue with Ford alloys]. Repair quote was fair and it seemed pointless getting my wheels looking nice without making sure they were in tip top condition. I, personally got an almost 24 hour turnaround. BMW 520d in for wheel refurbishing as a garage damaged my wheel rim while fitting my new tyre, wheel clinic is one of the best places for different colours or the same colour bringing your wheels back to new.

Top quality job, results on my damaged and water ingressed diamond cut alloy were beyond my expectations. Alloy looks as good as new. Would highly recommend to anyone. Roxy and the team were great.

Absolutely top draw these guys. Been taking my Caterham race wheels to them for the past couple of years and the wheels are always prepared perfectly for me even to my fussy requirements. The staff are so freindly and helpful too, well done guys, keep it up.

Fantastic company. Rang up yesterday to discuss having an alloy crack welded and was given an appointment for this morning. Was in and out within 45 minutes and had a great cup of tea whilst I waited. Would recommend to anyone.

Top class job these guy's do, only reason for the 4/5 is I originally only planned on having 1 wheel done, the colour was ALMOST perfect compared to the other 3, but the wheel clinics finish was far superior to the other 3. So to match I decided to do the other wheel on the same side and those 2 we're perfect. OCD took over and I decided to get the other 2 done, as ever the finish was top notch but annoyingly the colour is definitely lighter than the other 2. Having said that, this is not the fault of the wheel clinic as they can only ask their paint supplier to produce a colour and they couldn't be sure they would match without seeing the 2 finished wheels. Main reason to get them all done at the same time, just annoying they don't match properly considering how much I spent having them refurbished
