Popped in to ask them to look at a piercing that got caught that I didn't get at Kitty Kotori for some advice. They agreed to see me straight away and even let my kid in. They were really helpful and friendly, cleaned and put a plaster on it and then gave advice about what to do next and recommended I buy a different size and type of bar that unfortunately they didn't have in stock that day. I followed their advice and it's looking much better. Would definitely recommend them for any piercings.

Took my daughter in for normal ear lobe piercing with Kitty as we had been recommended to her. She is so welcoming, and operates in such an immaculately clean and tidy studio. Kitty explained everything and we filled in the forms beforehand. We went down to the piercing room and it is so spacious, private and professional. My daughter was over the moon and the small Titanium studs look perfect 👌 Thank you Kitty and we would both definitely recommend her services. I have since been in and had some additional lobe piercings myself and again, the service was five star ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

Lovely experience with kitty this week who fixed my wonky old nose piercings and did my septum. Took her time to ensure things were just right and was super good at making sure I was as relaxed as possible. Wouldn't go anywhere else for piercing work now and would deffo recommend. 11/10! I had a nose piercing with Kitty in January and she was absolutely fantastic, you can tell she’s not only extremely skilled but passionate about her profession. I’m quite nervous when it comes to piercings but she helped me to calm down and was so sweet. Her selection of jewellery is lovely and I was over the moon (literally) with my choice. Kitty is amazing! Super friendly and makes plenty of time for you to choose jewellery and decide on placement. Uses top-notch implant grade titanium internally threaded or threadless posts, autoclaves everything in front of you, and has an absolutely beautiful range of titanium and solid gold ends. My 14 yr old daughter has just had second lobe piercings with Kitty. We've used her a couple of times before. Very clean and hygienic environment and practices. Kitty is friendly and helpful and gives good aftercare advice. She offers follow up checks too if you want them. Highly recommended!

I got my piercing today and it was honestly so much better than I could have imagined. I get really nervous speaking to people and also had quite bad anxiety about my septum today but all was great, it was a friendly environment and Kitty was super supportive and informative, 100% recommend!! :)
