    The staff at this location was completely unreasonable. I ordered an iced coffee in the middle of the summer and as most of us know, the ice melts quickly. I had asked for a small paper cup of ice so I could add ice to my coffee and they told me I would have to pay for it. I just ordered a $5 coffee!! I can’t get a bit of extra ice with that? Completely absurd and a terrible customer experience.

    What a luxury these days it is, to treat oneself to a cup of coffee outside of our own home. ☕️ 🥐 Today at this location, a very polite customer asJed for a cup of ice and was charged $5. In New Jersey any establishment has to offer you a receptacle with water if you ask for it. And I know that water is a different form of ice. But what is it completely necessary to ask the client who is already spending money there to spend even more money on something like ice?

    I've been coming here for years. 8x out of 10, the order is wrong. If I ask the manager to FILL iced coffee , since I'm paying 4.00 for it, I get an attitude. I order bacon egg and cheese and get sausage. If I ask for butter, it's more money. The only person worth going in there for, is Chris. He's pleasant, focused, and sweet. The store manager is rude and you know their talking about you in their native tongue, when you complain. I won't be going back!!!

    Very friendly staff, the place is clean and the food is always fresh. They really need to work on a better system for the mornings when people are in a rush. It always seems like they have enough employees on, but the ordering system and delivery could use some help . Mornings are busy, and customers want to get in and get out. .they REALLY NEED TO GET PEOPLE IN AND OUT FASTER. COME ON!! SO SLOW

    This Dunkin is always on point. bacon egg and cheese is always good from here (fresh bagels) and the donuts seemed fresh as well.

    Visited Dunkin’ in RB on NS Rd. It’s Sept and the first day this season I had Pumpkin coffee which I will enjoy as a daily treat until it is not available. It was delicious from the first sip. The staff was pleasant and efficient. I also ordered an old fashioned donut bc WTH it’s Fri of LDW. The particular one I received was lighter in color (beige not warm brown)and I feel a little under cooked. It didn’t turn me off from ordering them in the future but I will pay more attention to the selection before I order. I had no problems pulling into the parking lot, finding a spot or getting out onto Broad St S. Still a great start to my LDW!

    It has become a religious holiday for my kids to get Dunkin’ Donuts every Friday. Unfortunately I think we’re going to have to stop every time we order through the app they get our orders wrong every time that I call the Spanish manager always has an excuse. I went in today and I told my daughter to check the bag because they always mess some thing up and the lady that took my order With an attitude said oh I’ve heard this this story before and laugh. I don’t know if she thought I was going to ask for something for free which is not the case I always spend more than $30 when I order not once have I ever went back to get some thing for free even when they messed up my order. When I told her that my daughter has a lactose intolerance she said why didn’t I just bring the food back? Unfortunately, I couldn’t bring the food back every time they messed it up because I would buy it right before going to work. I work about 45 minutes away from home and it would be a waste of time to bring it all the way back, and I guess it is my fault for not checking my orders before I walk out of the store. For such a big company, they lack in training they need to change these people better, and the saddest part is these people have been there for many years. I did tell her that I was going to take it up to corporate, she basically shut me up and didn’t care and she just didn’t care.
