Food was pretty good with no huge dips in quality, appropriate portions for the amount paid. Waitress was nice, although she seemed to have a limited knowledge of English(not enough to make ordering difficult, but at least enough to be noticeable) Seems like it was designed more for take out or drive through than dine in, as the food was served in to-go boxes. Overall, the atmosphere seemed not welcoming, but not unwelcoming either. Hibachi and sushi were mid, rangoons were excellent, and it seemed like they made their own yum yum sauce. Solid 4/5

I've been back a few times. Love the food, prices and combinations offered, but they really need to work on the service. Each time I've been here, the same waitress, has problems delivering the orders together and forgets something. 🍣🍜😉** UPDATE** Been eating here for almost 2 years now. They only offer food to go but they've never messed up an order, actually the food is excellent and I hope they one day let us eat indoors. LOVE THESE GUYS A+

Very friendly staff with an extensive menu. I ordered the dinner bento box with pork katsu. It came with a salad with was average and a choose of clear or miso soup. I chose the clear soup which was a broth of onions and mushroom...it was ok-ish. The bento box with the California roll and fried rice was very good and the pork katsu itself was really yummy! The ambience needs a face-lift but other than that, I would come here again! 😊

The portion for lunch was big enough for me to have leftovers and if you eat in the Yum Yum sauce is unlimited! I will definitely come back to try their sushi.

Had lunch with a group here and the food was excellent, it was fast, and the service was lovely. Prices are very affordable. Definitely a great find!

Served us bad sushi had to throw away $90 worth of take out. Christmas Eve Sushi dinner went into the dumpster. Shame on you for serving it to us. There's no way they didn't know. Soup and salad was OK.

This was a great restaurant other than the flies and the disposable silverware and styrofoam salad containers. Please save the planet.

Good food. The shrimp sauce is excellent. The servings are smaller and not quite as good as they were before they changed ownership a few years ago. But still the best in town.

Haven’t been here in forever so decided that my husband and I should go. Last time I came here, it was a few years back and I ate with my uncle. The vibe has not changed! I absolutely love their inside decor and everything is very clean within this establishment. The food is amazing and is served very quickly! I’ve seen some people not enjoy how the food is served in takeout plates or cups, but I lowkey enjoy this! It makes it easy to pack up your leftovers after dining in. I also loved just getting to sip my soup out of a little to-go cup (helpful since I’m always accidentally spilling something). The waiters and waitresses do speak limited English, but it is not much of an issue when you order! They can quickly pick up on what you’re trying to say or order most times.

The sushi is decent but not outstandingly good. I feel like chef’s special sushi should offer more variety than tuna, salmon, and yellowtail. Hibachi steak was very tough and overcooked. Also, the food is served in styrofoam take-out boxes even if you dine in. I’m not sure that I’ll be back.

I LOVE Ichiban. The staff is always incredibly pleasant, they’re always willing to help with any problems you have. Hands down, one of the best sushi places I’ve ever been to

We went in for a quick dinner and ended up waiting for almost 90 mins, we had to ask to be for someone to take our party's order (2 adults, 3 kids) and several people who came in after us were served before us, we were served our meal by two children between the ages of 7 and 12. We order hibachi steak medium rare and instead got terribly over done beef jerky and the hibachi veggies were cold and it's was a terrible experience for everyone. We will not be going back.

Stopped in to picked up a delivery order. The aroma of the food is fantastic. The Hibachi Steak is so delicious, will try the special roll next time.

Their Bento box is cheap, filling, and above all delicious. The steak and salmon options are my favorites. If you're looking for good Japanese food, but don't want to break the bank. This is a place you should definitely check out.

Hearty japanese food. We had the hibachi dinner - comes with soup, salad, fried rice and a side of vegetables. Meat servings (we had salmon and steak) were huge and salmon was particularly saucy - American influence on Japanese style! Everything cooked fresh. We were the only ones eating in which was a shame as the restaurant is nicely decorated. Seems the majority of their business is for takeaway. Would definitely go back.

The food here is so good!! We ordered hibachi and you get so much meat. The vegetables are very fresh and the rice is perfect. The salad dressing is super yummy too, I have never had anything like it before. Plus the service was great! We will definitely be back.

The WORST EVER!!!! And when I tried to get a refund they only would give 50%. Worst experience ever they need to change the name, Habachi is nothing but General Tso chicken Chinese food.

OK so every other time that we Have been to ichiban It was wonderful the food was great but also I noticed today a difference That I think it's the owner that was not there, And I felt a little uncomfortable From the girl taking my order. She kept laughing I am assuming because I could not understand her nor could she understand me. Then when I got my food home for my husband and myself, Both of these soups Had spilled out all the way Except just a tiny bit left in each, And with my bento Box that I got Both of my dumplings were missing Which I love the dumplings it is part of my Favorite Out of the Box and they were disappointedly gone. I have not even reached out to the owner I'm sure she would fix it but it's the Point that I wanted my dumplings With my meal😥

I always place orders to go here. I love the udon chicken and steak. The sauce they use on it is so good. The prices is beyond too high but I have to admit, you typically get what you pay for. It does taste better than all the other places. I haven't tasted a lot of other stuff on the menu but whenever I order something new, it's always good. The drive-thru is a tight squeeze going around the back. I've never been inside.

Always good food and good service. They have really good fried rice and sushi. They have a little something for everyone. You can't go wrong eating here.

I popped in for a late lunch with my daughter and we were starving. The place was expectedly quiet for our 3pm arrival, but we were seated quickly by our waitress and attended to swiftly. I ordered the 2 roll sushi lunch that came with soup and salad and an egg roll appetizer for the kiddo. Everything was served in to-go boxes, with the soup in a cup, salad in a styrofoam container, and very flimsy plastic utensils in a bag. The ginger dressing on the simple iceberg and carrots shaving salad was good. The soup wasn't very flavorful, but was hot and had plenty of mushrooms floaters...needed salt. I got the Pacific roll and Philadelphia roll, but neither were great. I didn't finish either because the Pacific didn't taste like much and the Philadelphia had very, very tough salmon. It won't be my go-to sushi place, but I did talk to another patron with a heaping styrofoam to-go box of hibachi chicken w/ noodles that said it was good, just wasn't as flavorful as she hoped. She added soy sauce and yum yum that was available on the table. The egg rolls tasted like they were frozen and from a bag, so definitely not something we will get again. Hopeful for a better experience next time, but would order something different.
