Jess was AMAZING AMAZING AMAZING. We had a huge problem with setting our child’s permissions and getting their phone to sync up properly but Jess not only solved all our problems but was an absolute pleasure to get to know and spend time with. Verizon you should promote this bright young woman and give her a raise immediately!! Keep the talent!!

Mike was great! He is very personable, funny, and helpful! He has helped us with our phone buying process twice now and we loved him both times.

Mike was super helpful! I want his manager to give him a raise because he is absolutely on point — knowledgeable, efficient, and very professional. He helped me while also training a new employee. He’s a great teacher, too. Highly recommend!
