To say Thank you, is an understatement. This office, especially the young doctor who cared for me and saved my life. I am alive today because of him. Thinking I just had a chest cold and needed meds. He looked past that and said I have a potential blood clot. He sent me directly to the hospital. A CT scan proved , I did . I spent over five days at Westchester medical center after being transferred there by mid Hudson regional. I owe my life to that office and especially the doctor. I will get his name and thank him in person.

A smooth operation. Can fill out my record online and not have to repeat it when waiting. Wait time was super short. Everyone was pleasant. But especially Dr Idriss. Took time to ask questions and explain. I felt like I was with my own GP. So glad I found them.

They kept me and my sick 6yr old waiting in the exam room for 30 min. and the place was practically empty. I finally opened the door and said "where is everyone?" and a few seconds later the Dr appears. I can't say they were rude, just not nice. Barely spoke to us. Did nothing to try to comfort the poor hurting child. Left feeling like everyone was incompetent. Including the doctor.

Worst urgent care ever. Husband went to them on 12/6. They told him they were calling him in a prescription for a steroid. 24 hours later and 3 phone calls to them and they still haven’t called the prescription in!!’ My husband is sick and in pain and all I keep hearing is “we will ask the doctor to call it in”

It wasn't a long wait. My daughter received rapid tests and her results along with the recommendations for treatment. They even gave her the first dose since the pharmacy was closed!

Wouldn’t choose for pediatric care- my son was seen for croup, and though the doctor was nice, the dosage and script called in was not appropriate for the severity of my son’s episode and we ended up in the hospital. Additionally, they did not have appropriate medication to treat croup on hand, delaying his treatment further.

Every year I wind up having to go unfortunately. But from the front desk staff, PA's, X-ray tech to the doctors all have a good bed side manor. Its nice 🙂

I had my Great experience there.the entire medical team was very helpful and they have done their best care to treat me.

Nuvance staff is very good, however they need to upgrade their computer systems and network to achieve a quick turnaround time of admitting patients

This particular facility is one of the only ones that treats patients like human beings - kindness, compassion, friendly and courteous staff. Their staff are also very knowledgeable and efficient.

I wish I had known side effects of the ttramcinolone ointment she prescribed as burning and itching on top of poison ivy symptoms was too much so I stopped. The prednisone was and is sufficient and I am healing. I do appreciate her concern and thank her for suggesting Zyrtec.

They were understanding to my needs and listen to my concerns.the wait wasn’t long even though I didn’t have an appointment.

Using the website to reserve a time was such an easy way to get in more quickly. I was in and out fast, and on my way to the pharmacy to start getting better fast.

The receptionist sally was very personable and helpful during the registration process. The provider Selena was professional, knowledgeable and caring. Gohealth is lucky to have her!

This place is absolutely horrible. Called the front desk before coming in & asked if they did covid test, they said yes. I drove 40 minutes & as soon as I walked in the lady at the front desk gave me an attitude and told me I couldn’t get tested. I don’t recommend this place at all, poor attitude.

Very clean, not a very long waiting time, and very happy to be seen and taken care of in a timely manner.

I had cut sutured up. Best stitches I ever had. Did not have to wait long and everyone was very pleasant.

I went in last night just before they closed registration 7:20pm. place we pretty empty. They got me in quickly I explained my ailment, received the test/results and had my prescription sent correctly and to the correct location. Everyone was friendly enough, and listened. Best experience at an urgent care in a long time. Was seen by Dr. Kathleen Norman

I would not recommend coming to this place. They are very understaffed. If you come here I hope you’re not in a hurry at least a 2 hour wait. Alls they can tell you is “we just opened”. Very poorly organized. 1 nurse for all these people.

I am not sure if she is PA or Dr. Vadehra, but she is exceptional and really cares and listens to her patient. I have had her before at Nuvance-Go-Health, and she is very thorough, asks all the right questions, covers all the bases, and looks at your history. I wish she could be my primary doctor, she is absolutely great.

Staff were very attentive and listened to my concerns. Spoke with me about treatment plan. Let me know immediately what was being prescribed and for what. Very through. The most positive urgent care visit I have ever had.

I had a great experience with NuVance so glad I went to them. After being sick for weeks and weeks i finally got the right med and diagnosis to get me better and back on track to think about the holidays. It was quite a rough go of it but good now. Thank you again to the doctor and staff for being there for me

I never do reviews… ever…I was seen by Carl… he was talking to me like I was lying about my symptoms… I’m now in the emergency room with an IV he said I did not need. I’m surprised Carl is in the field if he can’t handle it. The worst.

I would rather give them no stars. This is the worst urgent care. They didn't help me at all. They claimed they didn't have the tools to put on staple or stitch in the wound my husband had. We were told to go to the emergency room which they couldn't believe urgent care didn't help us.

made me wait 2 hours for them to tell me to buy mucinex and some nasal spray. the nurses were friendly but when i explained to the doctor that i had a horrible cough from covid and very clearly has a sinus infection as i get them regularly, no antibiotic was offered and she dismissed my pain.
