I took my daughter to golden crust on a lunch date. we purchased large oxtails and a small oxtails meal. It was tender, fresh, and good. The meal came with rice and beans, cabbage, and plantains. Both dinners came to $53.81 with tax. There is no place to eat on the inside but there are two brick picnic tables outside. You get a lot of great, quality, amazing food and it's well worth the price, I highly recommend this Golden Crust.

Ordered vegetable and Jerk rice they're both delicious ‼️ Was kinda upset wanted to try their meat pies, but they were sold out 🥺. You have to get there before 3 pm cause people place large pickup orders daily; and the dine in lines are long. They're definitely serving some tasty Caribbean cuisine. Young Lady working drive through is very informative, friendly and precise.

Great place but leaves more to be desired. Love the array of traditional jamaican fare including beverages, deserts and snacks! They have rum raisin ice cream, bun and cheese, sorrel, peanut punch and wide array of patties. I got a large ox tail and it was OK. Flavor was ok but the meat was VERY fatty thus making the sauce super oily. The rice was good but leaning very salty. Portions are great but that ox tail meat needs to be trimmedZ i had a whole patty bag worth of fat i skimmed off my meat. Cabbage underseasoned. I also had a plate of goat. Goat was tough. Needs to be cooked down longer or under more pressure.

I’d really give 3.5 stars if that was an option. I’ll start with the pros. I was greeted upon entering. The service was great and employees were very nice. My order was prepared quickly in addition to being hot and fresh. For the cons, the check out was kinda slow, but that may be due to the customers picking out drinks and different add-ons. The food overall all was just ok. The smaller oxtails were good. The bigger ones were tough and could use longer cooking time. The plantains were well over cooked, almost like they were recooked or something. The cabbage was super hard and crunchy. The food had a lot of potential as the flavor was there but you can tell the food was rushed. There was this burnt taste as if the meat or plantains were cooked on high heat to cook faster. Maybe they were trying to make sure food was prepared for the lunch rush, so I’ll try them again in the evening time before I cross them off the list.

Employees be aware not everyone is aware of the correct pronunciation of food items and some people want to try a different culture and ask. The cashier seem to have an attitude because I asked about a Jamaican food item that I wanted to try

Food is consistently good! Service is a hit or miss.. some days you may be greeted with smiles and other times it may be poor attitudes. However overall great restaurant and pretty consistent.

This Golden Krystal had the worst service of any restaurant I’ve ever been to. The staff has poor work ethic and the management of this establishment is even worse. I waited and watched the staff drag their feet while the line piled up to the door. After finally getting my order to the counter, I was met with the slowest moving, most disgusting cashier I have ever encountered. She bagged half of my order, handed it to me and then stood there casually chatting with a coworker about something trivial while I waited on the other half. When she finally felt like bagging the food she slowly tied it up and handed it to me. The worst part of this experience is realizing some of my food was missing but I was charged for it. I’m pretty sure she ran to the back to eat it after we left. Perhaps Golden Krust isn’t paying the workers or allowing them to have lunch breaks. That’s the only possible explanation for why the service is so worthless.

Ordered tofu for an event and it was hard and dry. I was extremely disappointed because I have eaten tofu many times and found it delicious but when I ordered a big batch, the texture and taste just weren't there and it was only option for my vegan and vegetarian guests. I tried calling to give feedback to a manager but one was not available.

I like this Golden Krust. I usually go to the one in Loganville but when I leave work in Atlanta, I stop once per week. I usually order two things - patties or the curry chicken meal. I love curry chicken. The meal was delicious. The veg can be too crunchy at times but some people love crunchy veg. The food display is great. I love that they have breakfast options all day. The staff there are politely but not everyone is overly friendly, but I haven’t met a rude person. The restaurant setup is welcoming and they have a drive thru option so that’s great. Overall 5 star rating. I will try other meals and rate those too.

The spinach patty had just enough spice to it! So delicious! The lady who taken my order was very kind and polite! 😊

This is a reflection of today’s visit, and it was an extremely pleasant and surprising visit. I was welcomed honestly, and my food was prepared. Exactly how I had requested it. To be honest, these reviews can change by the day I had promised myself, that I would never go back to this location let’s say 3 or 4 years ago. The service the attitude was horrible then…... However, today’s visit with my curry goat was hot spicy flavored right on Point just as usual a little bit too much rice.. Well done this time

12/21/2023 I purchased 2 brown stewed chicken , 1 jerk Chicken, and 1 Stew peas plate from the Stonecrest location. This is or was the worst tasting food I have ever eaten. The meat was tough and I can’t imagine they would serve this to the public. If you want good food try the Conyers location. Food is by far better!

The lady that rung me up was very rude laughing and saying I had an attitude in her language when I kept having to repeat myself. It’s simple, listen and stop talking to your coworkers and she would have known what I kept saying so yes I had an attitude. I never understand why people choose jobs working with people if they can’t be professional. Simply deal with it or go to school and get a career or a trade. Or shut up and deal with minimum wage jobs. And people wonder why don’t nobody tip anymore.
