So let me first start by saying my first experience was excellent. I had an exam and was able to get a cleaning same day. The cleaning was very rushed but it was same day. My second experience was not so great. All of the support staff including the front desk was nice, however Dr. K wasn't the friendliest. She didn't introduce herself to me. She just started telling me what she was going to do. The consent form was already a little alarming for me when it mentioned I possible jaw fracture for a wisdom tooth extraction, however the assistant was very nice and explained it. I've had a wisdom tooth extraction before, however I don't remember sustaining a bruised lip afterwards. Let's just say Dr. K was lacking alot of compassion. I wouldn't recommend. I'm starting to realize that I should have stayed with Feather touch dental.

I went this morning for my regular cleaning. I had a new hygienist, Daniel Long. He did an excellent job removing coffee stains. He also did an excellent job explaining how I can minimize further staining since I am a coffee drinker. I really like how they make it so easy to come in and get the services you need with no hassle. All of the staff are very nice and professional.

Front staff very professional, immediately greeted me with prompt courtesy, advising would be with me momentarily while assisting another customer. Daniel is my hygienist and he is absolutely the best, very detailed, methodological, explains things in detail.

Horrible this is the second time Daniel has canceled my cleaning. I was referred to him and a few hours before my appointment they tell me he called out sick. I will take my business elsewhere. Last year I was told one hour before my appointment. This is horrible for the company this affects not only Daniel but the business as well. Where is the right in this if I had canceled it would be a charge so explain that.

I have been using DentFirst since they opened at Stonecrest. I like the convenience of using a practice in my area. The staff is always professional and respectful of my time. I can schedule most appointments on my lunch break!

They are friendly. Wait time is quick. Does very good job on what I needed done

I have been going to dental 1st for several years. I have had nothing but Great experience. Everyone is so professional and kind.. Especially my dental hygienist Carlos he is always so detailed with everything he does. I am happy with service they provide, and will continue to the part of their dental family

My husband and I have been going to this dental office for years and have always had positive experiences. I have always been seen in a timely manner. The staff are wonderful. Doctors Sandi, Willis, and Lofters are amazing and trustworthy. I recently switched my children who are 9 and 12 to this practice (after having a negative experience elsewhere) and our experience with DentFirst Lithonia has been nothing short of amazing. I highly recommend this practice.

I have been going to Dentfirst since 2017 when Dr. Shepherd was still working there. Miss Raven was very personable, & kind and she was gentle on my teeth. She made my appointment worth while because the dentist is not my favorite place. Lol I had a great experience today for my cleaning.

The dentists here are friendly and make you feel comfortable. Mr. Carlos does a great job when I come in for a cleaning. I prefer this dentist office over any that I’ve been to before.
