If you want a hot, fresh, delicious homemade biscuit sandwich made with passion eat here! This one man operation is def one to support. It's a friendly small shop that has exactly what you want from a savory breakfast. My wife loves her garlic cheddar biscuit with sausage and cheese. She kept showing me the cheese pull :) I had a classic biscuit with sausage, egg, and cheese w/ crispy bacon. It was so good. On top of that, dude makes a tasty latte. As this is a small shop, show up early because the biscuit types will sell out. We want to come back and try the blueberry biscuit! Do yourself a favor, support a small business, and grab a delicious biscuit sandwich!

This was the best biscuits I have ever eaten. The place is small so I'm sure they fill up quickly. But if you're in Knoxville it's worth going there. Matt was a very nice person that we talked to for a while.

SOOOOOO delicious!! My son and I stopped here for breakfast and had today's special (garlic biscuit with egg and bacon) and it was the best breakfast we've had so far during our 5 day stay in Knoxville! The owner was friendly and helpful and the vibe was great!

Phenomenal - 5/5 absolute must try! If you're anywhere in the vicinity of Knoxville, you owe it to yourself to stop by this place. Make sure to check the hours and go early, since they do sell out of things. You'll have to wait probably 10-15 minutes depending on the line, but the reward is arguably one of the best breakfast biscuits you can find.

Amazing build your own biscuit sandwiches, some of the best I’ve ever had. Grilled blueberry biscuit with jam is also a must try. Matt’s a great dude too - thanks for the hospitality and for the other Knoxville rec’s (you were right on the burger). See you next time we’re in town!

Ummmm YUM! So glad we happened across this spot while passing through Knoxville. Matt Robb welcomed us into his cute shop serving up INCREDIBLE breakfast biscuits and good coffee drinks. I got the special (the Kaylie) which came with a sriracha sauce - it was the perfect amount of heat for me - and I added honey for a lil sweet & spicy feel. I also got a brown sugar and cinnamon iced latte with oat milk. If I lived here, I’d be here once a week! Great spot, thanks Matt!
