Disappointed turkey and Swiss sandwich for lunch. A ton of raw red onion on top of sliced turkey, one thin slice of Swiss with globs of cranberry relish. A Terrible combo and an expensive $10 sandwich!

The best in town! Awesome coffee, lattes, fresh baked organic bread, AND..... using real cups! While every other cafe is stuck in the COVID post apocalyptic world, it's nice to see a leader! Good job helping save those landfills! Not to mention, paper cups are lined with chemicals anyway, I'd rather catch COVID than cancer.

Amazing food !!! I highly suggest the chocolate croissants that they have! Amazing selection of gluten-free baked goods and dairy fee beverages! There Cinnabons and monkey breads are to die for! Our go to place for special occasions. But also love to pop in on a Saturday !

Ross Bread Shoppe is a very popular place for obvious reasons. They have a variety of breads and pastries and everything is fresh. They have a good selection of breakfast and lunch items and sandwiches that are quick and convenient. Everything looks pretty good to be honest. Service is on point and they make their coffee drinks very well. Butternut squash soup is choice, hidden gem. Only downside is that they need a bigger space because this place can get BUSY!

This is by far and away the best coffee shop in Ridgefield. Believe me, I’ve tried them all and Ross has the best and most consistent product!

I ordered a cafe au lait and it didn't taste good. It was my first time ordering it so i thought maybe i wasn't used to the taste. It thought maybe the milk went bad ? Then a couple of hours later my stomach was upset. i had shaded it with a friend and she also experienced the same issue.. so it must of been the milk in the coffee. I am really disappointes. i ordered a 20oz!

Bought $50 worth of baked goods from some haughty teenagers and when we drove to our destination (45 minutes away), we opened the box and were missing $15 worth of baked goods that we'd purchased. We called 4 times and only got an answering machine (which instructed us not to leave a message because they rarely check them), sent multiple emails, and never received a response. The baked goods we did eat were mediocre.

Had a great experience thanks to Astrid and Nate! They really went above and beyond to make me exactly what I wanted and with the fastest service. Will 100% be back ASAP!

Favorite coffee shop in Fairfield County. Always great service and quality baked goods, and most of all their coffee and tea. Never had a bad experience there. Hot or iced, it's sooo good.

I buy bread once in a while at Ross. Why is it that you I call me "Sir" every single time even though I'm a woman?! I might not have all the distinguish looks of a 50 year old female but in the age of gender sensitivity , just ask "Can I help you?". No identifying necessary!

The Bagel was good everything else I tried was very disappointing the hot chocolate was pretty good The Bourbon Coffee Cake and multiverry muffin thing was very disappointing. It's supposed to be a breakfast pastry it wasn't very sweet it didn't have a good solid flavor felt like I was eating squishy bread.

Perfect every single time! I won't get coffee or breakfast anywhere else in Ridgefield.

Good quality ingredients . Quality has definitely decreased since the new owners purchased the business. Then the quality decreased again when everything “shut down for only 2 weeks.” Starting going downhill once the business was sold by the previous owner. Sandwiches are decent only sometimes. Coffee and baristas definitely need help and training to make lattes and cappuccino’s correctly. Very disorganized. Other customers often take the food you ordered. 5 years ago my review would have been 5 stars, but Ross bread is in dire need of help from someone who knows the food-service/coffee industry. Always running out of everything. Burned bagels are the norm. Prices have increased exponentially over the past 3 years. Alway hot and crowded inside. Please turn on the air conditioning and restructure the seating arrangements inside here. No organic matchapowder. Unsure why. Would like to see more farm to table type food choices. Quinoa salad drenched in dressing. Why not put dressing on the side for to go items already pre packaged? We give business to Ross every day, but only because I have no other option. If there were another better alternative, I would jump ship immediately.

We had a great first time experience. Coffee was amazing, breakfast sandwiches were delicious and the staff was wonderful. We'll be back (often)!

Love the location, but...when you order 2 cappuccinos, that aren't good, and 1 scone...and the bill comes to $15...that's absurd! Will not return!

👍👍 Fantastic Deli and Bakery! Like having a taste of Arthur Ave right in Connecticut. If you enjoy quality, fresh and satisfying food, no need to look anywhere else. A good staple for this, or any town.
