Extremely rude front of house staff, dismissive on check in and would not acknowledge any issues with the room. Location unsafe and neighbours loud/disruptive. Lights not working. Carpet dirty. Room dingy, small and filthy. Bathroom towels not changed, covered in stains and make up. Bath dirty, hairs all over & damaged. We refused to stay out of fear of safety after reading other reviews and seeing the police arrive before 7pm to speak to residents. No offer to refund despite having been checked in for the grand total of 1 hour and spending less than ten minutes in it. No apology for the state of the room, receptionist verbally aggressive and wrote down our card details, refused to remove them.

We get there and the room has no microwaves no mini fridge okay fine. The room itself had cobwebs on the top corners of the walls where the wall sits the ceiling ceiling all the way around the room. Beds were not all that comfortable at all. Yhr bathrooom area had that old bathroom mildew smell. Shower had sticky residue from an old bathtub mat. The inside of the main entry door which should have been white was just absolutely filthy. One of the two beds had stains on the sheets. The bath towels had stains on those. It's like someone wiped their greasy hands on them. Overall it was not a very pleasant stay. Certainly not worth the money paid for it

Okay, so I did edit my original review, because there has been staff working here that have changed my opinion and my first impression of this place slightly more in a positive perspective. They made me aware of an affordable rate when renting a room by the week, which saved us money, as well as being flexible on the checkout when extending our stay here to work around my work schedule. After they worked on trying to fix or door lock with no success they gave us a different room that was nicer and had easier access for us downstairs. There is room for improvement in a few areas, but it seems the longer I stay here, the more I can see the staff does what they can with what they can. I am curious to see how my review might change based on extending our stay another 7 days tomorrow.

Booking this hotel is a big mistake. The booking was a last minute decision due to the late night travel, and we regret it. From the moment we drove in, we hated it. Location is highly unsafe with a lot of suspected person in and around. The reception was appalling with NO customer service. The room we were given had a strong smoke smell and the beds were NOT to an acceptable standard. Having experienced this, we decided NOT to stay and left immediately, did not even bother for a refund. Do NOT recommend this place.

My family and I arrived late, everywhere else was booked up so we only had this choice to stay here. It was so scary! I went inside to get a room and left my husband in the car with my children for fear someone would try to bother them or do something shady. There were people outside the rooms yelling, the police showed up TWICE while i was in the lobby. The management was horrible, they were rude and told me it was $80 to get a room and when I was in the lobby i saw bugs in the carpet, on the wall, and in windowsills. Oh and the room! there was a guy and a lady in there using the room! They told me that that was their "home" and to get out. I went to tell management and they didn't offer me a new room. I tried to get my money back and they told me no refunds! I left the lobby and on the way to my car I was asked if i wanted to buy drugs! Needless to say we left quickly and slept in our car instead!

I wish I could do zero stars. We booked a room online and when we arrived they didn't have any of those rooms left. So we paid a higher price for a different room. The room was disgusting. Black stains on the sheets. There's druggies everywhere. Our parking spot had so much dog poop in it that we had to pull out of the parking spot to avoid stepping in any while we unloaded luggage. We stayed for 2 hours before we left and they couldn't offer a refund. The only way to contact a manager was contacting the Portland location, as this location has no website or related contact information online and they couldn't find any info either. Wouldn't offer supervisor contacts or anything. Do not come here.

This place is absolutely disgusting. Please, for your safety, do not come to this place. The one “white” towel they gave us has yellow stains up and down it. The carpet had fingernails on it (hadn’t been vacuumed). The water never turned warm and there is no heater to keep you warm after and ice cold shower. You get two pillows that are actually just rolled up sheets and there is only a fitted sheet on the mattress with a quilt. I’m freezing! It’s snowing outside and there’s nothing to keep us warm. Oh and to make things better-the tv does not work. Not even the news channels. Please do not come here unless you are a public health department to shut this place down.

Rooms smell funny and are not very clean. But the people at the front desk during the day were nice. It scared me when I went to the vending machine to get a cold water at 3am and there was a homeless guy sitting in there and you couldn't see him until you were right there. There was either no ice in the machine or it was broken.

I chose this hotel because a co worker said it was decent, it's close to my work, and overall the location is great for my immediate needs. I called the Hotel and got a good rate and so far the staff is friendly. My excitement came to a screaming halt once I entered the room. This room is filthy, the furniture is old and beat up and the wifi works for crap and it's not secured, oh and did I mention there is no free breakfast as advertised. Only coffee and not in your room. I'm going to have a talk with the manager in the morning so stay tuned. I'm hopeful I'll be able to improve this review but I'm not feeling positive that's going to happen. As of this moment this is the worst hotel I've ever stayed in.

Rooms are clean enough, no bed bugs at least. Outside looks worse than it is. Evening front desk guy is rude and obviously doesn't much care for his job. Wifi is terrible, if you manage to find and connect it, you can't load anything. Tethering my phone was faster and more reliable. Cleaning staff lady was very sweet and helpful. Ants in the room so don't keep any open food. Half of the outlets are lose and won't actually hold your plug in. All in all it's a decent enough property, just don't expect much. Beds are comfortable enough but thin and more on the firm side.

Lets remember that We are reviewing our stay, not the others that may have stayed by you, or the arrest made, or how often.... it's a motel/hotel. Rate YOUR STAY Anyhow, I say Great for the price, and leniency they did what they could. not only to give effort.. But for what they deal with and what they got... I had a fridge, microwave, clean bathroom...... now the first room not so great, but kindly moved all in all Bravo, and thank you.

EVERY HOTEL/MOTEL NEEDS A HEATHER!!!! My husband is driving from Fremont, CA to Everett, WA and his truck broke down. He is getting it towed to the Lithia Toyota and needs a place to stay the night. Heather was patient, kind and VERY VERY helpful. Heather thank you for making this day that is full of unexpected terrible situation into a light at the end of the tunnel!! HEATHER MUST get a raise and promotion!!!
