Went to Swansea for the afternoon, left at 8.30pm, parked here and it cost me £19. Look around, plenty of other places to park for far less, Premiere Inn water front £6 for 24 hours and a short scenic short walk to city center. 5 mins.

During Covid 19 lock down most council car park are free to stimulate the Retail economy. This car park still charges you either way and its not cheap either. Shocking and very bad company ethics during this time.

Great Location for all, especially families. Close to Wind Street and Restaurants, Hotels, Cinema, Superbowl, Swimming Pool, Shopping Area and a 2 minute walk to the Marina. In Winter across the road from Winter Wonderland. Car Park is clean, free of litter. Staff to hand, if not can contact via intercoms. Great place to park because of this. Prices reasonable but I'd advise people to take advantage of the app because prices are cheaper.

Terrible. Went there at 19:41. Returned at 21.24 and our ticket would not scan. We pressed the help button on the machine as there was quite a queue behind us. The women was useless and didn't know what she was doing and for 1hr and 50 mins we were charged £7.50 by her. Disgusting. Will never park here again.

The new parking charges are awful. Its a rip off in my opinion. I won't park there again.

Disgusting, criminal prices and the barrier got stuck causing us to wait for 20 minutes with no way of contacting NCP, someone passing by manually lifted it, looks like it’s happened before. HORRIBLE COMPANY

Handy for town centre and Wind Street, but parking in St David's next door, is cheaper and better for the Quadrent.

An ok car park close to the city centre but overpriced and would only use it for short stays

It's expensive and the lifts weren't working, which we didn't find out until we got to them with a wheelchair user. There should have been a notice at the entrance.

Pre booked a space and paid online, the machine didn't accept my QR code on my phone so I had to purchase a second ticket. Contacted customer services and they refunded the overpayment within hours. Car park is always clean and feels as secure as a car park can be. The bays in this car park are wider. than others which makes parking easier. If staying in Swansea overnight, it is an ideal place to park as it is more secure than other council owned car parks.
