Terrible
experience,
the
office
took
advantage
of
my
mom
that
is
80
years
old.
They
did
not
explain
thoroughly
the
cost
of
the
services
rendered
or
what
they
were
exactly
doing
prior
to
my
mom
getting
services
done
on
9/6/22
and
made
my
mom
think
she
was
paying
for
a
teeth
cleaning
when
she
in
fact
was
signing
for
something
completely
different
that
she
cannot
afford
nor
was
not
covered
by
insurance
and
my
mom
is
also
a
Spanish
speaker.
I
was
not
there
with
her
so
she
could
make
an
informed
decision
prior
to
the
services
being
completed.
The
woman
dentist
was
not
kind
and
disregarded
this
matter.
She
now
has
a
care
credit
bill
that
she
owes
over
$900
and
again
was
not
clearly
explained
what
services
were
being
done
nor
the
cost
so
that
she
could
decline
services
due
to
cost.
The
office
denies
this
and
are
unwilling
to
refund
the
entire
$900
amount
claiming
it
was
explained
when
clearly
it
was
not
and
my
mom
would
have
not
gone
through
with
the
services
on
9/6/22.
They
rendered
services
that
my
mom
was
not
aware
of
what
they
were
doing
nor
how
much
it
was
going
to
cost
until
after
the
services
were
rendered
which
is
completely
unfair
since
my
mom
did
not
know
or
understand
fully
what
procedures
were
being
done
and
the
full
cost
as
she
is
older
and
is
a
Spanish
speaker.
The
office
absolutely
did
not
explain
correctly
and
took
advantage.
I
spoke
to
the
office
manager
Vanessa
in
person
on
Sept
25th
this
year
as
care
credit
is
affecting
my
mom's
credit
and
she
didn't
do
anything
but
direct
me
to
customer
service,
I
called
to
report
a
complaint
and
never
received
a
call
back
like
the
rep
had
said.
I
called
back
today
and
was
told
that
management
could
not
do
anything
and
that
my
mom
was
responsible.
Unacceptable.
I
was
transferred
to
Christine
in
Corporate
office
she
was
rude
and
dismissed
my
complaint
then
transferred
me
back
to
the
office
to
speak
to
the
manager
and
have
the
contract
cancelled
only
to
be
left
on
hold
for
over
an
hour
as
they
are
at
lunch
no
one
ever
answered.
Horrible
unprofessional
experience
by
the
staff.
This
is
elder
abuse
and
we
will
be
going
to
small
claims
if
the
full
contract
is
not
cancelled
and
full
refund
is
not
returned
to
the
care
credit
account
for
the
entire
amount
to
have
a
0
balance.
