    Animal rescuer, needed something quick on the way. Waited HALF AN HOUR in the drive thru, only the 3rd car in line. Ordered Oreo shake & chicken pita. I know fast food work is hard, I thought maybe they only had a couple people working - nope. I counted at least 6. Woman hands me my shake, I said I wanted no whip. She says "Well, nobody told me." The attitude! Just apologize and move on. Then I hear one of the boys say "The f$#@ing pita bread is frozen." Then the cashier tells him "So YOU go tell her." Finally get my pita 8 minutes later. What is going on here???!! This location is new, but I'm assuming has terrible or no management. On top of rude, inefficient staff. Normally i give fast food workers a lot of credit, but not here. Btw the oreo shake - just vanilla with a few crumbles.

    The guy that took our order didn’t seem to care to be there. Took over twenty minutes for our food. No apologies. They seemed to take care of drive thru more .

    Disappointed. I gave this location 3 tries hoping each time would be better than the last. Had missing food items the first time I went (not a big deal). Was given the wrong food the second time, it happens. Third time, I was asked to park, was missing food when they brought it out. Checked the rest of my food and half of it was wrong. Decided to go back through the drive thru, so the workers didn’t have to come back out. Ended up waiting 45 minutes. The manager decided to give me a refund instead of giving me my missing food items (totally okay), while waiting for the refund, I witnessed the fry cook touch his hair and face and continue to cook and package food with the same gloves on. Went home with cold food. Will not be returning to this location.

    I have never seen a Drive thru that take your order, makes you park your car, makes you wait 5 minutes, and made all 5 cars do the same with no one in line. Why??? There were no more cars in the drive thru and we all waited for our food. I ask what is going on, she answered we are Strict, what???? I will never go back to the weirdest drive thru, that's not a drive thru.

    Ordered via the drive through and was helped by George. This guy was so nice and had a great attitude. It was very refreshing to have someone with such a great vibe. He ensured everything was right in the order and even asked what sauces I wanted. They definitely need to hang on to him and consider a raise! Food was hot and made very well. I’ve had nothing but good experiences here at this Jacks, seems to be very clean and run well. Thank you.

    This is the newest and best Jack In The Box in this whole area. The food is great and the employees are friendly. Roman, the general manager is very cordial. This is my choice location to go among three stores. The mocha iced coffee is fantastic here.

    What a garbage place went at 11:40 and they closed at 12 but they said they were closed. Had to back out of the driveway cause god forbid they use their brains and if they are gonna close early just turn the lights off… $12 an hour at its finest.

    After my family and I waited without being greeted for several minutes to order with no other customers in line, the young woman who appeared to be the manager skipped over us when she finally made it to the front counter and went to help another customer who had walked in while we were waiting. I asked the Manager for her name and she refused and then asked me to leave if I was unhappy. I've known the GM Roman for almost 30 years, since he was at Highland/Palm location and I truly hope that he can get this location running properly as I'm evidently not the only dissatisfied customer. I see someone is responding to these reviews fairly regularly and only hope that the issues are remedied. I will be reaching out to Roman and Sharifa personally as well. In the meantime I suggest everyone visit the 4th street location where they still knock it out of the park! The downtown location may be shiny, but at the moment is far inferior. I'd rather eat with hobos than be treated like that again...
