    I've been a Kay's customer since 2008 and let me tell you something, this has been the best Kay jewelers I've been at. Mariah has taken care of me since day one and she is amazing, super friendly but very professional at the same time she always has the right attitude and knowledge for me. I love surprising my wife with gifts but I'm a guy so I'll buy something she hates but then Mariah to the rescue bails me out and helps me get something that she loves. I'm not sure how she knows but she does I will be coming here even if I move away everyone here always has a smile and I always feel welcome not like other places I've been

    3-12-22 Went to make a payment at the store. Customer service was horrible. Lady working inside needs to really work on her service.

    We bought a ring from this place and the girl that helped us was really nice. Great customer service. Then I hear that she saved 2 little kids from being locked inside a car in the heat. Her name is Mariah.

    The representative there was super unprofessional, older heavy man, assumed we couldn’t afford anything there. Did not want to help us out. I felt so uncomfortable there, all we wanted was to exchange our bracelets because they were broken & we had the warranty. Do no go here.

    Went in for a battery change on my 30 year old watch (in the past it’s been a little tricky). It was changed PRONTO with no issues, the staff was very friendly, in and out so easy! Thanks for the great service.

    Ive been going to Kay's since the 80's. I visited the location in Redlands to pick up my sister's bracelet. Maddy was FANTASTIC! I will definitely be back to see her in the future!

    Acknowledging customers when they first walk-in is everything no matter how busy you are. My husband &’ I walked in but no one took the initiative to say “we will be right with you” only just watched us as we walked around the store. Retail is a place where you build relationships as well as provide great customer service but we didn’t feel very welcomed at all.

    Horrible customer service. We spoke with Melissa over the phone because we purchased a mothers birthstone ring on 11/28, received it on 12/13, and a stone has already fallen out on 12/19. No extended warranty was purchased but we did not think it would need to be fixed within the first two weeks of having it. We wanted to bring it in to be fixed. She told us that we could purchase the extended warranty. We’re within the first 30 days of purchase, anything that happens in that amount of time should most definitely be fixed or is that just the quality of jewelry they carry? We then asked to speak to a manager, she stated he isn’t in and we can leave our name and number but it’s the busy time of year and she can’t guarantee a call back from him. If they were worried and cared about their customers, the manager would call back. Would not recommend based off of this experience alone.

    Went to get my beautiful fiancés wedding set I spent a lot of money on to not be let in because of there “summer hours” which is 8 pm instead of 9pm which is post clearly on their glass door. This was an outrage, waited a month for this set to be made just to be rejected from being let in. I drove 45mins, wasted gas and my time. Bear in mind I got there at 8:02pm too

    Went into Kay yesterday wanting to purchase a nice mens watch for special occasions or just for every day wearing and I came out with a very nice Citizen Eco Drive Watch. The watch looks amazing and best of all, I'll never have to replace the battery since it can recharge itself by any light source. The staff there are very friendly. Xochitl was the person who helped me and she was great! I received a lot of information and product knowledge, which I felt was enough to persuade my purchase. Also, I got approved for credit (which I'm trying to build up) so I didn't have to pay anything in store as well. The only downside for me was the lack of parking...But anyways, if you're looking for a place to buy nice jewelry at great prices, give this place a try. Thanks Kay, and thanks Xochitl!

    Over the past year and a half, I got an engagement ring and two wedding rings here. Dustin is very friendly and helpful, and everyone else was very accommodating and helped me understand the different options available to me. Make sure you give yourself plenty of time when you order pieces, as turnaround can take time.

    Very friendly, funny, and quick service. If you need a watch repair or new battery this is the guy. Cash or check only, though he'll say you can pay him later if you don't come prepared. He's been in the building for ages.
