Ashlee and Lauren are exceptional and caring staff that will go above and beyond to help you find the perfect dress for homecoming, winter ball, a birthday or any special occasion! I love that they offer a lot of options, styles, colors and that they have sizes XS and even XXS which is hard to find at other places like Macy's. The Southcenter location is far larger with more selection than Alderwood but both stores have really nice offerings. The dresses here are super affordable. If you're looking for a dress that you'd love to "WOW" in just for one night, this is the place! Also, they have all the accessories and heels to compliment, if needed. Keep in mind this is fast fashion.

Bro... My friends and I went to this store and liked it a lot. I told all my friends about it and everyone I know wants to go there now! I got a beautiful dress for my formal winter ball. I absolutely adored it and got many compliments. This a great store to get a neat, good quality, and affordable dress. The also have beautiful jewelry and shoes which made my outfit even better. Will definitely be coming back here in the future.

Nope. This place can kick rocks. I purchased an item that did not have a tag. And I even decided to be polite and bring another of the same item with a tag so they can scan. They scanned it, took my money, etc. I decided to return it a week later because I just couldn’t get the zipper to stay up. The same girl who rang me up said “if a tag is missing, I always put a tag on” I said that I believe that, but this time, they didn’t. And she and her manager proceeded to look me in the eye and basically call me a liar. Manager repeated “when a tag is missing, she puts one on” - so you’re telling me you remember every single transaction? And they refused to give me my money back, just store credit. Where the heck is the customer service in that? To be fair, the girl that rang me up is a nice person, and other than having a little too much blind faith in her habits and willingness to call a customer a liar, I don’t have a problem with her. If you need a club outfit In a pinch, I get it. But don’t go here expecting Nordstrom service.

my worst customer service store I've ever been to. the African-American consultant girl sent to Hell and said that I would get out of the store, the reason was that I took the wrong amount of dress to try on, while standing in line for about an hour.

All the dressing rooms were dirty. This one was surprisingly the cleanest. I left and didn’t feel comfortable trying anything on.

Found 2 formals for some last minute plans. It's fun to hear multiple people gasp at your dress when you go by!! 🍾

The website says they're open until 9. I got there at 7 they were closed. This has happened more than once. They claim it was for inventory. How many times do they close for inventory in a month. They are inconsistent.

Emma was extremely helpful! We came in a little before the store was closing. it was busy but she was attentive to our needs and went out of her way to find the dress in the window my 14 year old’s size! We left with shoes dress and she is ready for her 8th graduation. My daughter (also named Emma) loves her new dress! Thank you Windsor! Store was clean and rest of the staff were polite as well.

We visited the store on 9/23…The manager was very rude and talks back of the customers. Also she was rude to her employees. I wouldn’t visit the store if she is there
