Reserved their best room months before our stay. Wound up in a room directly above the portico to the entrance. What could have been a good view was nothing more than a 100% blocked view and one ugly roof. And I am a Silver Elite member! On top of all that, never got the notice that our room was ready that was heavily promoted if I used the app. And, the mobile key function did not work, which meant I had to wait behind three other patrons checking in. Then they overcharged me for an incidental hold back on my credit card when I checked in. They are obviously poorly staffed--inexperienced or incompetent--take your pick. Finally, the mattress was cheap end; the water pressure was poor; and I have no idea why this hotel was recently built with the archaic HVAC system that vents to the outside and blows air directly on you rather than through ducts in the walls that distribute air more efficiently and not at you. This is a relatively new hotel that I have no desire to revisit. Going forward, I will try to stick with the former Starwood lodgings that I so much enjoyed in the past.

Best hotel property in the area so it is a go to venue. Nice people at the front desk and nice people serving the buffet breakfast. Beautiful building. For such a new property some guests have been pretty hard on the physical plant.

Stayed over during the holiday. Had a room with stains at entry that looked like had not been cleaned, the AC/Heater was not consistent and mad a grinding noise at night, the mini fridge also produced a low buzzing noise. The bed and pillows were so soft that both nights I woke up in pain in my back. The 'breakfast' they offer is mediocre at best- the bacon is paper thin, waffle batter out, no dairy alternatives, no healthy options other than fruit, some of which were not even ripe or decent. Couldn't use pool or other amenities which is part of the allure. The wifi also is not 'free' as advertised- if you want decent wifi just to stream a movie, you are required to pay or use the unsecure wifi network with slow service. The staff were the only bright spot, and were so nice, I didn't have the heart to tell them how miserable my stay was. There are better places in the area with better location, better views, better amenities, with a better/same price.

Pleasantly surprised with the quality of the hotel. Welcoming guest service upon check in with adequate accommodations. Clean, comfortable, and quiet room in a good location in an otherwise empty roadside area. Close to a Walmart. Decent typical breakfast buffet. Affordable option with a surprisingly lovely view.

Good location for the part of the country was in for visiting Is the islands just outside of seattle. Friendly helpful staff pretty good breakfast in the morning if you aren't looking for exotic. Rooms are clean and very well suited for couples or families. Great price for them.

Very nice hotel. Good, clean rooms. Loved the window view of beautiful Washington. The shower was so good. Could have stayed in it for an hour. Breakfast was very tasty. Had cereals, hot food, oatmeal with lots of fruits and nuts to enhance it, dried apricots, cranberries, almonds, walnuts, and coconut. Very good and fresh. Staff was very friendly. A nice hotel.

Clean and spacious. I wish it had been closer to downtown Poulsbo but again clean and spacious. We haven't left yet and have some concerns about what they are charging us because AAA quoted me less than they ran my card for, so I might have to edit my review. Hopefully not.

Easily the best hotel within Poulsbo out of the three major options. Expect a fairly typical experience for one of these chains. The location of this facility is unfortunate. The only things within walking distance are a sporting goods store, a veterinary hospital, and Home Depot.

I had a wonderful stay at the Fairfield Inn & Suites Seattle Poulsbo, a brand-new hotel overlooking Liberty Bay. The staff were very welcoming and helpful, and the check-in process was smooth and quick. They offered me a free bike rental, which I used to explore the historic downtown Poulsbo, only 2.5 miles away. The room was modern, cozy, and well-equipped, with a microwave, a mini fridge, and a flat screen TV. The bed was very comfortable and the view was amazing. The breakfast was generous and tasty, with a variety of hot and cold items. The hotel also had a fitness center, an indoor pool, and a barbecue area, which I enjoyed. The location was convenient, close to the Admiral Theatre and the Bangor Naval Base. I would highly recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a great value and a great service in Poulsbo.

Great place to stay if you’re in the area or headed to/from Seattle. Rooms are nice and modern, staff is super friendly and they have a great breakfast! If you’re just passing through, make sure to stop in the quaint downtown area!!

Very clean and nice hotel! The staff is so friendly and helpful. The best part was the complimentary breakfast in the mornings. So clean and such a good selection! Narcisso did a fantastic job! It's such a great place to stay!

I've stayed at many Marriott's across the country post covid and this is one of the only property's I've seen offering a housekeeping room refresh without requiring the guest to request it. Huge shoutout to everyone that's part of making this hotel great. Even just a little extra effort goes a long way in creating a great guest experience, and this property clearly knows that!

Staff was very friendly and helpful. The Guest Service Representative, Concepcion Salas, is great to work with and she is very thoughtful in helping people out. The rooms are clean and bright, and quiet. The breakfast is enjoyable.

Being a Marriott Bonvoy loyal for over two decades now, and a Marriott Bonvoy Ambassador loyal for 2 years now, I have stayed in many Marriott hotels all over the world in all categories and brands they have. We stayed here this past weekend to be near and convenient to the family of my partner that are having a wedding and sort of reunion in Poulsbo, Washington. This hotel apparently is new in town so it’s very clean and bright! But what I like about this place is that it is overall clean, quiet and well appointed. It meets all the Marriott standards that a Marriott loyal like me are looking for. Service is great , and the staff are always friendly and willing to offer their services by always asking always if we need anything. There’s a gym with machines that are so clean. Although we didn’t need it, is also a laundry room available to those that need them. There is free breakfast available, however, we were not able to avail on this. There is ample parking and very easy to find one when parking. Location is great. Close to downtown and across from a strip mall with some stores available.

Loved the modern and updated space. Located just slightly in the outskirts of town, but with food and shopping nearby. Loved our stay

Reserved our room two months ago with a king bed, because there is multiple weddings, we got bumped to two queen size beds... and we are here for a wedding as well.

Tammy and Ji at the front desk were welcoming and helpful. I had issues with my credit card pin, and they were patient and encouraging. In addition the hotel was clean and comfortable and had a good gym.

Room was great quality, staff was extremely friendly and helpful. Location of hotel was nice due to not being in the middle of town, breakfast was amazing (says 8yr old). Would definitely recommend and go to again

Rooms were really nice, and the service was great. They offered hot breakfast and 24/7 coffee. The room had a smart TV so you can login to your streaming services. The only thing we had an issue with was the bed. It wasn't very comfortable to us.

The whole hotel was absolutely spotless. The room was immaculate, the staff was fantastic, and the breakfast was delicious. Zero complaints, very impressed, we had a room on the third story facing south and could see all the way to the water. Loved it!

New hotel, great location. Easy to get to. Many stores and places to eat within walking distance. Nice people at the front desk. The free breakfast is what you would expect. This makes a great location to explore the area. The best views are from the top floor on the SE side.
