You have to be pretty bold to open a distillery just down the street from Woodinville Whiskey. As a Kentuckian, born and raised, come HERE for the bourbon! This is only the second bourbon distillery on the west coast that I've encountered that actually understands bourbon (the other being JP Trodden). From the smell to the flavor, their bourbons nail it. Seldom do you see a brand new place releasing a 5 yr bourbon which is not only aged by them but also their own distillate! As for service, the service was absolutely impeccable (and I don't say that lightly)! Tara and Erick gave absolutely amazing service. They were extremely knowledgeable about the products they were serving and were able to answer all of our questions. They did all of that while being very attentive to not just us but everyone there. They performed like this place has been open for years, not just opened three days ago. I have only one complaint and that is with the cocktails. At a distillery, I expect to taste the product in the drinks. While very nuanced and well done, they are on the pricey side for the area and don't make the spirits the star. The spirits get lost in the drinks and for the price/area they should be at the forefront. At a fine restaurant, these make sense, at a distillery they do not.

Elevating the tasting experience in the Woodinville area, this newer distillery/tasting room and home to a future (neighboring) Von’s restaurant is a must for both quality spirits and excellent service. The whole operation is staffed by friendly folks who aim to be not just a destination for tourists but a spot locals will hit up, time and time again. Special shout out to Stephen who knows what’s best here and is an excellent source of information on where else you should taste, dine and recreate in the area.

Decent drinks. Many choices for all sorts of folks. Great whiskey! Something that kind of seemed off was that the Bartenders seemed annoyed. We were sober and kind. The place wasn't overly crowded. Not sure what was up but it didn't have the vibe to match the drinks. Nice little spot for some craft cocktails. Great patio spot if you're able to snag it.

This place has everything you need. Plenty of events throughout the week (we particularly love trivia on Thursdays with Dan), but no matter what day Jacqueline and Kaitlin will hook you up with the best cocktails in the area. Stop what you’re doing, and come hang out in the best cocktail spot in Woodinville, née Seattle metropolitan area!!

My partner and I decided to try a new place on Sunday and it’s safe to say we’ll be regulars! Kaitlin was incredibly knowledgeable and made us feel welcomed like we were old friends. We tried the Lemon Enchantress as well as an Old Fashioned that she offered to make SMOKED (uhm, earth shattering!?) they were both SO GOOD. I had been looking forward to trying this place and their sister property Vons for a quick bite and cocktails for my birthday. Vons was PACKED, so they referred me and my friend to NW Spirits next door. Although the cocktails were fabulous, the service was lacking hospitality. Neither bartender smiled when we showed up all excited talking about how we were referred from next door. Tried to start a friendly conversation, and the two staff members weren't having it. My friend and I both work in hospitality for local businesses in town and we were very underwhelmed by the hospitality here.

We saw an Instagram ad for trivia night on Thursdays. Really fun atmosphere. The staff have been great every time. The drinks are fun and thoughtful. The trivia is fun. Can't wait to try more drinks!

The Old Fashioned is great here. The waitress was friendly and informative.
