👍 My mom and I have lived here for 8 years. Most of that time has been pretty good we have had a few issues. In our old apartment we had some mold issues that were cleared up but that's pretty common in the Pacific Northwest. Most of our neighbors have been really good. I do think it would be nice if... My mom and I have lived here for 8 years. Most of that time has been pretty good we have had a few issues. In our old apartment we had some mold issues that were cleared up but that's pretty common in the Pacific Northwest. Most of our neighbors have been really good. I do think it would be nice if a maintenance guy or management could live on site. It's also a very walkable area. Also it's close to the freeway so that's nice as well if you have some sort of medical emergency or if you need to get somewhere. Typically speaking it doesn't take them very long to get to your apartment if say your toilet decides to go or if you get locked out. Overall I think these apartments are a good choice if you want to be close to downtown but not live downtown. I would however recommend getting to know your neighbors. Also they're are a lot of stairs here so just be aware of that when you're looking at apartments. The best apartments in the far end would be the ones on the second floor. In the middle it would be the ones on the ground floor.

Look, it's an apartment in the city. Not all of your neighbors are gonna be the best. But it's relatively quiet and nearby downtown, you can even get to some of the restaurants on the east side by walking. The management is great, Lorrie helped me get set up moving from the east coast and has been helpful ever since. James the maintenance guy is awesome, fixes everything as fast as possible. He's also been a big help with moving and getting comfortable here. If I wasn't moving out of town I'd be staying here.

I currently live here and really love it. It’s a pretty quiet community and I’ve had good experiences with the manager and maintenance staff. The grounds are kept clean and I really appreciate that there are pet waste stations located around as well.

We have been here about eight plus years, because there is a lot Capital Crossing has to offer. It is close to downtown and the freeway, etc., but is nestled within a small charming neighborhood near the state capital, which is lovely for an early morning weekend walk. Pets are welcome, the back has a nice area for them too, so not only are they welcome, they are happy pets. We appreciate the quietude and the friendly staff.

My husband and I moved here about 5 months ago Lorrie was incredible with all the help she provided when moving in she's extremely understanding and helpful James the maintenance guy was extremely nice and helpful as well two months living here a new maintenance man joined the team Roy is incredible gets his job done and is efficient honestly the guy needs a raise for everything he puts up with the community is quiet and respectful. Serienty is full of life sweet as can be and extremely great at her job. Thank you to all the staff at capital for the amazing experience with our first apartment. You all have been a godsin.

We moved all the way from New Mexico to Olympia, Lorrie has helped so much with the move and has made it as simple as possible. The apartments and location are gorgeous. James (the maintenance man) has also been a tremendous help, fixing any issues we have had in a timely, professional, and friendly manner. Me and my wife can't be more thankful for all the people here at Capitol Crossing, we are so happy to be able to call this place home.

We’ve lived here for over 6 months now and have been really enjoying it! Downtown is just a few minutes walk away as well as being close to grocery stores, the freeways, and more! There’s also cherry blossom trees all over the complex which makes it so pretty this time of year. Also, James and the management staff have been so kind and quick to help us with our problems and maintenance requests!!

We found Capitol Crossing in late March, applied and were accepted the next day. Moved in 2 weeks ago. The apartment has been completely renovated and very nicely! Fixtures are great, nice open floor plan... Beyond that, Lorrie (office manager) went above and beyond to work with us for our move-in date, which got delayed a day and a half because we drove from 9 states away. She left a care package in the kitchen with snacks, tp and stuff, which was awesome. She even helped us to get in after her office was closed for the day. Very accommodating! On top of that, we've had a couple of things we needed done by maintenance. James is super-fast to respond, he does a thorough job and he is always happy and friendly. Lifts my spirits every time. It's only been 2 weeks and so far, we think it's an excellent choice for our relocation. :-)
