Fitness Outlet had a perfect Treadmill to suit my needs. My in-store experience was excellent. When it came time for home delivery I couldn’t have been more pleased with how efficient and accommodating the men were. When a an issue came up with my new machine, the staff bent over backwards to take care of me to have the issue resolved. In this day and age, in my experience, the customer service provided from Fitness Outlet is most outstanding and unusual.

Fitness Outlet has great equipment with knowledgeable people to help. I came in a few times, and Rich was always professional, funny, and answered all my silly questions. I found a great deal on a bike! As a plus women, some of the other fitness stores made me feel uncomfortable. Next time, I will buy again from the fitness outlet. I highly recommend them, and ask for Rich!

The Fitness Outlet is great. The whole experience from trying out equipment to delivery and assembly was first class. Mark Wiper was fantastic with his knowledge of the products and providing advice. We were looking for a new house, and they were very flexible with storing the treadmill in their warehouse for 2.5 months until we were ready for delivery. When delivery time came they were on time. Toi and Israel were the best delivery people we have ever seen. They were super careful in bringing the treadmill into the house, took their shoes off, were very helpful in advising where the best placement would be in the room, helped move a couch, assembled the product and gave us great product tips that will allow us to better care for the product. I would definitely recommend The Fitness Outlet to others and we will be returning to purchase more gym equipment.

I purchased an exercise bike from here last week and I was completely blown away with the personalized and friendly service from the company. It's incredibly refreshing to get that these days. I am in California so my item had to be shipped. The people at the freight company they use were also above and beyond friendly and followed all protocols for the current social distancing guidelines. My Schwinn bike was a reasonable price, arrived in less than a week and the quality is amazing. I highly recommend this place and definitely will buy again as I build my home gym!

We ordered the Galena Pro Strength Training System during covid from the fitness outlet. From the get go our representative Sadie was absolutely amazing. Super communicative, always updating us, and easing us through purchasing fitness equipment during one of the hardest times. We paid for the optional professional assembly and it's was money very well spent as the assembly company was also fantastic. We are super happy with the quality of this product and looking forward to using it.

We recently purchased the Nautilus Captains Chair (pull-up/dip station) from here. Very satisfied with both the product and the service. Can strongly recommend this team. And will buy from them in the future! Sadie and Rachel are rockstars!

Recently my treadmill broke down. In the past 3 years I used to buy most things online but I went to Fitness Outlet in Lynnwood to try and buy a new treadmill. I found out that buying a treadmill from the store is cheaper than buying online and I received much better services too. I have ordered a reformer from the Fitness Outlet and had the best experience with this company. Once I placed the order they confirmed it, and they, specifically Sadie, was on top of things. Whenever there was a change in the order status she would call and update me. She even called to make sure we were happy with the delivery and with the product itself.
