I'm going to have to strongly disagree with a majority of the bad reviews on here about this location. Perhaps they've cleaned up their act now. Who knows. This is the cleanest, most friendly thrift store that I've ever been to. The store is very well organized, with a large selection of everything from books, clothing, electronics, and chatzkes. I felt that, for the most part, the prices were reasonable. The staff were extremely helpful at the self checkout. All sections were labeled for easy shopping. They have several rewards programs that I've never seen before. Before you take the word of some random reviewer that has a handful of reviews, all negative, give them a try. I did, and I plan to be a regular customer from here on in.

Pros: - clean store - donating is easy - good prices on electronics, books/music, home appliances Cons: - self checkout only - they have regular cashiers but haven't seen one open in over a year - there are always 2-3 staff hanging around the checkout area just chatting - really high prices on clothing and toys (see photo of levis denim jeans for $22) - no changing rooms still - bathroom is closed seemingly permanently

First visit impression is that clothing is high priced for used condition. Women's shorts price range is $6.99 - $13.99, most were $8.99. But furniture and kitchenware were reasonably priced. This store has no dressing rooms and is completely self checkout.

No fitting rooms, saw three ladies walk out without paying for their bundles, and I still bought a cool pair of pants!

I wouldn't give them a single star if that was an option. The worst customer service experience I have ever had in my life. Their employees are rude and could benefit from customer service training. I will never visit this location or donate here again.

Staff is extremely kind and well organized. Some items are priced kinda high, especially the purse section although they have slowly been getting better at it. Love this location!

First I love this store, however today I was treated with such disrespect. I can't speak on the inside but the man and women there working the donation line, OMG very disappointed in their attitude and their ability.

I wish there was a zero because that’s what I would have rated.Poorest service especially from a manager who was not shy to discriminate and embarrass a customer.After returning my purchase because they wouldn’t sell to me, they even took my bag which i brought with me in the store.When i asked for my bag, they said they needed to investigate if I had stolen it from the store.I have officially donated that bag.
